A very genuine and heartfelt thank you to Rosi Dow and Neil Scott at Knight Frank Edinburgh, it was an absolute pleasure working with you both. I cannot recommend Rosi and Neil highly enough. Not only did they achieve significantly over the advertised asking price for my plot of land, their service was exceptional throughout, inc handling a couple of challenging buyers with utter professionalism and poor Rosi unfortunately having to deal with one lady who became incredibly rude to her having missed out on the property through her own actions. I also really appreciated the level of vetting they did on viewers prior to arranging visits, it made a huge difference to the whole selling experience from my side and saved such a huge amount of wasted time on my part. I wanted to write a review to say how impressed ive been with the Edinburgh team over the last few months. I have just completed a sale with Ricardo Volpi and from start to finish, he looked after me through the process. Whether helping get the flat ready for sale or knowing how to push the buyer for a sharper price, hes been brilliant. I know the team are all dealing with lots of clients at any one time with lots to juggle but Ricardo managed to make me feel like my flat was his priority. Hanna was also great. New to the team but well up to speed with all that was going on. My flat had three shared owners on it so she had the unenviable task of coordinating my mother, father, and myself! We went with Knight Frank to sell our flat after meeting multiple property agents, because their staff stood out to be very responsive, positive, intelligent and professional. It can be hard deciding who to go with but Knight Frank were impressive in cutting out too much ‘sales’ talk and offered us realistic opinions and a price that we were happy with. They proved to be very reliable regarding all services required for the sale. We had an incident where an open valve from a neighbour’s pipe caused a leak into our flat while we were away on holiday. Knight Frank’s staff were extremely helpful during this short but stressful time, and went out of their way to mitigate the problem and work with the appropriate people who could fix it quickly. Knight Frank sold our house in the Scottish Borders at a difficult time in the market (when isn't it?) to a family we liked, at the right price - pulling a couple of rabbits out of the hat after a time-wasting prospective buyer dropped out at the last minute. Knight Frank did particularly well with editorial coverage - two substantial features in both The Times and Sunday Times, as well as good coverage in Country Life, The Field, Scottish Field, The Week and the Qatar in-flight magazine, not to mention coverage elsewhere.
