I wanted to write a review to say how impressed ive been with the Edinburgh team over the last few months. I have just completed a sale with Ricardo Volpi and from start to finish, he looked after me through the process. Whether helping get the flat ready for sale or knowing how to push the buyer for a sharper price, hes been brilliant. I know the team are all dealing with lots of clients at any one time with lots to juggle but Ricardo managed to make me feel like my flat was his priority. Hanna was also great. New to the team but well up to speed with all that was going on. My flat had three shared owners on it so she had the unenviable task of coordinating my mother, father, and myself!
