Natasha is fantastic! We highly recommend using Natasha Howarth Estate Agent due to her prompt, professional, enthusiastic, positive work ethic. Natasha had our property on the market just 4 days after our initial contact. The process was a pleasure as communication with Natasha is nothing but admirable. E-mails, text and phone calls have been answered outside of working hours which we wouldn't expect but is a real bonus at times of stress when marketing/selling/buying. Nothing is too much trouble and we welcome the confidence Natasha has with being very honest and genuine with constructive feedback and with sharing her professional knowledge. Viewings were arranged without delay, feedback from viewings were immediate and then followed up a day or two later, we were kept updated daily and Natasha sold our house within a coupe of weeks (at a time when the market isn't as active as it has been over the last few years) and the communication has continued to be fantastic with updates on the progression of sale coming to us as soon as there are updates to give. Natasha holds a weekly update call with Solicitors to ensure the process is moving effectively and without 'stalling' We feel very supported and its a real pleasure working with Natasha who always answers her phone with a very cheerful positive tone ????. We have sold/bought through many agents over the years and Natasha is now our number one choice and someone we have already recommended. We have been so impressed with Natasha Howarth estate agents, She got the photos, brochure and contract sorted the same day we went on rightmove. She was always available and managed to get us two buyers within two weeks £20k above the other agents we had value our property.

Natasha was amazing
When we decided to sell our house we invited a number of Estate Agents around to quote. As soon as we met Natasha we were impressed with her enthusiasm, drive and professionalism. Natasha was very pro-active and efficient and gave precise instructions as to how to present the house in the best light- The photographs that Natasha took and the overall presentation of the house were of a very high quality and consequently the house sold much quicker that we expected. We cannot recommend Natasha highly enough!
