*NO STARS. Rude, unprofessional, dishonest - essentially everything you would NEVER want in an estate agent (or anyone for that matter). I am completely shocked at the subpar standard of service I received from this company especially given the reviews on Google - something I was repeatedly directed towards by Asad Khamisa, the owner with whom we liaised with, photo attached.... Asad, and the team at Next Steps, made the whole (tiresome) process of moving house so smooth and simple. They were quick to arrange viewings and did them in a safe manner. The communication was very good, Asad was responsive and managed the agreement between myself and the landlord well. Lastly the referencing, paperwork and move in were all above expectations.
