As C James is my own estate agency it’s an eat, drink, think business, so whilst the physical office may be closed, out of hours viewings & valuations are welcomed, vendors and landlords always have access to me via mobile, even home phone and with cloud networks emails can be responded any time of the day, sales particulars checked, details uploaded to property portals, viewings booked and actions responded in real time Whilst I can’t boast that we are part of a 100+ regional office network or have a satellite office in Mayfair the internet has made these just marketing gimmicks. At the end of the day every vendor and landlord wants great service at a fair price and to be treated like an individual not a commodity and that’s what we offer at C James & Co.
