Dexters nearly guaranteed to achieve £475k. They told us that they just sold several similar properties for this amount. It started already with the photographer who took very bad pictures with clothes laying around or not tidying up in general. Then they changed the person in charge to a junior agent and everything went south. Just very few viewings per week were arranged and there was no communication for weeks. We always had to ask what's going on. Their explanation was that the market changed and the price was too high. We reduced it by 5% but still almost no viewings. We eventually terminated their engagement after 10 weeks.... Read more
