She was quick to respond and always understanding and patient when we had questions. There was a little bit of miscommunication between which agent and branch of KFH we were dealing with but this was cleared up quickly and apologised for. Overall the process was incredibly slick, hassle-free and (surprisingly!) friendly and human.

Being someone who has rented before with multiple agents - they are the first to actually be extremely thorough, transparent and ensure everything runs smoothly - ready for move-in day! People say buying a house is stressful but the support we had through Darshil and Ellisons made it smooth. Highly recommend!

He was very responsive until we signed the contract and made the payment, but afterwards all of our calls, messages, and emails were ignored for weeks, even for simple matters. I would strongly advise against using them; their service is the worst I have ever experienced.
11th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)They tricked me into getting a property where photos were digitally altered and utilities rarely work at a premium price. I trusted them when they said landlady will fix but my contact is ending and still no action. I would suggest you don’t trust them
