Anthony May and his team of Shania Nwangoro-Rule and Amy at KFH Tooting have been first class in selling our house. We spoke to a number of agents when considering selling our house. I'd always thought of KFH as a reputable agent for selling in our area and their reviews were excellent. Anthony was the only agent that had done his homework and knew all the individual selling points of our house, which gave us great confidence in KFH Tooting. Anthony suggested a reasonable guide price (within the range we had been thinking of) and their fees were highly competitive. We approached four other reputable estate agents selling in Tooting and none of them were anything like as good, so we had no hesitation in choosing KFH Tooting to market our house and were not disappointed. Anthony and his team were highly efficient and the marketing was excellent. This led to an accepted offer very quickly, at a price we were happy with. Throughout the whole process the communication of Anthony, Shania and the team has been excellent and quick.
