I was asking for the management letting service and the tenant made my flat like a rubbish room and they never manage it! Also, commission fee charged me in advance for 2 years (the whole letting period)! And they using smaller type of the words in the contract to write it. I wish I can give zero star!

While looking for a new home I spoke to several agents and landlords directly, however, Shane managed to deliver within our first round of viewings. Upon our initial chat I told him what I'm looking for, he took me out for a day of viewings, and we found my dream property, which he also helped me secure. He listened to my needs really carefully, communicated clearly & effectively, and delivering the best service possible, all with a smile on his face and kindness in his actions.

Though we did not find a property to let with Foxtons, I can only commend their way of treating customers warmly and professionally! Shane scheduled us for a drive by viewing and he brought us to 2 very neat and decent properties that is relatively around our budget as a family. Do not use Foxtons to manage your property. We have had the unfortunate experience of working with Kadhim who is incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive. We have to chase him consistently and even still do not get any responses. Whenever we do finally get progress we never hear from him, only from the 3rd parties. AVOID.

I recently sold my property through Foxtons, and have a 2 star review. I would NOT use Foxtons again and would NOT recommend them to anyone. My agents were Viviana and Giorgio at the Tooting branch.
BE WARNED that their sales tactic is to go for a high valuation and lock you in for a four month contract. They also have one of the highest commission rates in London at 3%. Foxtons have a slick sales pitch and will no doubt grab a lot of sellers like they did with me. It is typical estate agent behaviour of telling you whatever you want to hear in order for you to sign on the dotted line.
After the sales pitch, they did get a few viewings in, but I had to drop the asking price by a lot whilst keeping the 3% rate. It was only after dropping the price that I managed to get an offer through to sale.
The process on conveyancing between buyer & seller, is when they really let themselves down. Viviana at Foxtons was just not interested in defending my position and wanted a quick and easy sale. Accusing my solicitors of not doing various actions, only to be told it was sat with the buyer. Viviana's emails were rude and barely literate (often with grammar and punctuation mistakes). My subjective opinion is Viviana was trying to harass the conveyancers and myself into the sale, with little disregard for my position or the risk I was taking on.
The whole experience from start to end leaves me reeling from being treated so badly. I feel cheated by sleezy tactics, and estate agents that had little disregard for their customers in order to get a sale. The only reason for 2 stars is they did manage to sell my property.

Very expensive and awful agent. I use them to do the full management Of renting, also I use them to sell my property in the end.
For renting part, they charge the most expensive fees than others with bad service. my tenant told me they never reply her which makes her has no choice AND NEED TO CONTACT ME TO CALL THEM. if you have something need to repair, they always give a much higher price than other builders. when my tenant left, they didn't check the paid bills of water gas and electric. which made me had to paid the rest of the bills my self in the end . For selling part, they charge 3 percent, this is much much higher than others, normally other agents just charge for 1 percent. They don't stand on the landlord side, but just try to make you spend more money on re painting or re do other of buildingwork of the house. And always try to push you to sell your property if you got a offer which you are not happy with. Just 1 day before my completion , they called me that I need to remove all the thing from my house. to be honest, there is only 1 king size bed left, but I can not arrange for any one come to pick up because it is too late. I have to do it my self. However I dont live that area now, it takes long time for me to travel. Everyone who is renting or selling all should aviod this greedy company. This is for save your life and MONEY!!!!!

We recently sold our flat with Foxtons Tooting and would highly recommend them. Throughout the whole process (which was quite long as we took a long time to find a property to purchase!) Viviana, Giorgio and the rest of the team were helpful, friendly and supportive. The viewings process was extremely simple, with all information on an online portal, plus regular communication with the team to confirm timings. They also always took into account our preferences around viewing timings i.e. nothing after 7pm as our son would be in bed! They secured us offers very quickly, and negotiated efficiently until we had a price we were happy with – which was £75k higher than other agents had told us we would get! Viviana then supported us through the sale process and pushed things through extremely quickly so that we were able to complete in just 6 weeks in order to meet our buyers deadline. All in all, we had a fantastic experience with Foxtons Tooting and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area!

I have to say Giorgio Romani the sales manager in Tooting assisted me greatly in the purchase.
I appreciated his excellent communication skills, his customer service and his attention to detail.
These days the legal aspect of conveyancing can be very slow and challenging – with so much red tape involved and legal staffing issues - however Giorgio kept things moving along until we were able to complete.

I had several experiencies with Foxtons and not one of them positive. The worst one would be when they entered the apartment without my knowledge as I were sleeping to show a possible buyer. When I got up and look at them the agent told me "Sorry, here it says the property was empty" showing me a paper of the property details. I looked at him as please leave.. and he asked me "Do you want me to leave?" And ofcourse I replied yes.. I was in my pjs... Then the property wasn't in a good state for rent and every single week since I moved someone had to come to fix something. The first week was the worst, it was really cold and the heaters weren't working, we waited for a week. When I insisted to them to send someone they told me to buy a heater in the mindtime.. I didn't have a nice experiencie and wouldn't recommend to anyone. All they look for is money... Not emphatic at all

Many thanks to Sonie who was such a great help on my visit to Tooting, London. He brought myself and my mum around Tooting and the surrounding areas to look at apartments and we managed to see several places on the day. With Javan and Josh his manager they help me find a place to live with in the week.

I know Josh Liddall (letting manager in Tooting) for 4 years. He helped me to manage my property in Battersea and also gave me valuables advices on buying a new flat in Central London.
He is knowledgeable, dedicated and systematically proactive (I called him numerous times and he systematically revert to me with high value comments).

The worst experience with agency I could imagine! Waiste my time going to see the houses . I inform the agent that I have a dog and I am looking for a pet friendly house . When almost I have sign the agreement I decide to read that first and I have notice that is saying" that between landlord and tenancy we are not allowed to keep dog in thys property" . When I ring foxton agency in tooting to ask why is saying on agreemrnt that we are not allowed dog they say that are all agreements look the same . Than I ask them to change that for me ,they say they will check what they can do for me . After 10 min they call me back saying that sorry but we can't rent it fot you !? I am 37werk pregnant i ask them 5 times about dog they say is not a problem . Even today they call me to sing the agreement and pay the money . When I ask them to change the agreemnt because is saying dog are not allowed they just tell me that they can't do it for my and bey ? Thats the professional agency ??? In 20 days i expect my baby and I have send leaving notice to my previous landlord !? I spend with thys agency 2 weeks for nothing waisting my time !!How they can treat people like that ?????? Even no 1 star but there is no option to put a 0 !

Most of the big estate agent company make you feel being pushed but not with Foxtons Tooting Bec. Jessica took her time to tailor our need to the property list and make sure the tenant will be happy with the property during the stay. Had a chance talking to Crystal as well and she just lovely and accept all the comments or praise! I wish Jessica and Crystal very best.
Overall, estate agent is very important part of property search. Don't proceed with an agent who you don't feel comfortable with. If you can't find any good estate agent, contact Foxtons Tooting bec.

Shahin is an outstanding estate agent who cannot be more highly recommended! He is trustworthy, honest and truly cares about his clients.
We had an excellent experience when looking for a house to let, with Shahin on behalf of Foxton's. He took the time to show us a variety of properties and always listened to our preferences and feedback. He was always patient and made us feel valued - no request was too big, and his attitude was always excellent, friendly and approachable. It was clear that Shahin puts a lot of hard work and effort into what he does, and the high quality outcome reflects this.

Horrible service from Annabel (lettings) who never kept you in the loop with the landlord as to what was happening with our potential move and didn't even apologise when the issue was raised directly with her as she was wasting our time with every day we knew nothing. Have also heard from numerous friends and colleagues how unprofessional this company is. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Like most of us, I have a certain perception of Foxtons and they wouldn't have been my first choice of who to buy a property through. With all that in mind though, we were very happy with how Jonathan Walugembe handled our purchase. He was always approachable and helpful, and helped to make our purchase go through quickly, speaking to both our estate agents for our sale and the solicitors on both sides to keep things moving. He was available for viewings at times that suited us and was willing to do as many as we wanted. Throughout it all, he was friendly and good humoured, even when needing to deliver difficult messages.

Foxtons gets a lot of flak for being expensive, and I've heard them called "cowboys". I don't know what they're like when you're selling a property, but as a first time buyer I can't recommend them enough.
Every other estate agent in London treats you like a necessary hassle they have to deal with. It's hard to get viewings outside of office hours, and you can only view one place at a time.
Alex at Foxtons probably drove me around to nearly 20 places. He made appointments late in the evening and on weekends, and worked extremely hard to try to find a place for myself and my girlfriend.
Although we eventually found one through a different Foxtons office, Alex and Foxtons Tooting was about the only estate agent I felt I could rely on to look after our best interests and really go out of their way to make our first home happen for us. Thanks dude!

I had a really awful experience selling my property with Foxtons. Doors were left unlocked and sometimes open after viewings, keys were removed from the property without permission and i felt i was lied to several times by the management. I would not recommend Foxtons to anyone.

I worked with Shahin Koshravi and he went out of the way to accommodate us during the viewings considering we have a baby and husband has a travelling job . I'm a British ex pat living in Singapore and I purchased a property in Tooting Broadway in December 2015. Foxton's were incredibly helpful and took care of everything including chasing the solicitors to ensure the property completed asap - which was greatly appreciated because I had to return to Singapore before the sale completed. The purchase went down to a sealed bid and this was handled professionally without fuss. Foxton's even held onto the keys until my letting agent was ready to pick the keys up!
