We recently secured an apartment with Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward Clerkenwell Estate Agents, in the Clerkenwell area. I spoke to Amanda about what I needed and our budget, and within a week she was able to find our dream apartment in the location which we wanted. Not to mention cheaper than we expected! I give Amanda my highest recommendation. She is a pleasure to work with: she established a great rapport with me immediately, it was clear that she had done her homework on me and on the properties we looked at, she followed up on all questions and issues with impressive alacrity, and she uses each interaction to understand more about exactly what I'm looking for. Although we haven't landed my "unicorn" flat yet, she has a drive and determination to do so that truly makes me believe that if it's out there, she will find it. I had the pleasure of working with Nicole during my flat search in London. Nicole was extremely responsive throughout and very accommodating given that I was not physically in the UK. She made the whole process of finding a flat seamless, even offering to view four or five properties on my behalf and sharing the viewing with me by video. Antony, Stefano and Adrian have been fantastic throughout the process of finding us a new home. Very accommodating from the start, and understood our needs/budget etc without trying to upsell us all the time.
