Rented two properties from Chris, at Next2Move. I dealt directly with him, and overall, it was all straightforward. He tries to make the process as easy as possible, and has a very flexible approach in regards to lettings. He is an educated chap, and easy to get along with.
The lady in the office who often answered the phone is great. Friendly, and efficient.
Important repairs get done quickly. There are several tradesmen that do jobs for him, and they really are good at what they do.
The downside to the agency, is that they don't have properties in amazing locations, within a certain budget. Hence the lesser stars.

Was interested in viewing 4 properties, with the view to buying all 4. Tried to call several times, never answered.
However Chris clearly listened to the voice mails as I'd receive a text, rather than a call back. So I tried to arrange the viewings by text.
Chris said to leave it with him, it's now over 3 weeks and I've not heard back!
Won't be enquiring about any properties listed with them in future and needless to say, I won't be selling through them!

I send an enquiry for a property which was for sale since July 2021, with the same price. After send the enquiry the agency told me the price has changed to £49950 from offers over £45000
Adding regarding the agent response: it is your job to keep you advertises up to date, it's not like I asked you to drive a train. And don't tell me that the price has changed from Sunday 5pm till Monday 9 am. After half an year on the same price.

We had a bad experience of Next2Move when dealing with Chris - very poor communication (until I informed him that I wanted to make a formal complaint) and ultimately we missed out on a property.
Unfortunately it has put us off from using Next2Move in the future and I would recommend others go somewhere more reliable. They may be ok from a seller's perspective, but it certainly doesn't feel like they care about their buyers.
However, I must say that the lady who answers the phone was always very pleasant!

I am fortunate I guess that I mainly deal with the manager who is a professional man whom I can trust. He is not a magician and things go wrong but when they have he has always tried to sort them out and stay in contact. He has always got back to me when I have asked him to and answers all queries. All in all I am satisfied and dont imagine going anywhere else

They have a clause which states that should you ask for the property back they will keep a full months rent plus vat and the management fee and the vat on this as well. This is not to slander but is purely based on my personal experience with this company, I have not received a full months rent as of 11 September 2019 and since my tenant was moved onto universal credit towards the end of July 2019, the agent has only managed to transfer approximately half of the rent owed let month since this date and the tenant is leaving on 28 September 2019 so I am not even sure If the agent is going to manage to recover the rest of the rent owed which at the moment looks highly unlikely.

We would recommend Next2Move to anyone. Excellent all round service. Nothing is a problem no matter how big or small your question is. Your calls are always returned if not answered. And if Chris can't answer something he will go and find out and usually get back to you before the end of the day. We wouldn't hesitate in using Next2Move again
