Nikki was most friendly and helpful when she introduced clients to us telling us they were great tenants and she had known them for years. Omg...tenants have left the house filthy, no rent paid for months. Nikki has covered for tenants or used the rent money herself. She has also used the deposit for one months rent...which in contract confirms it can;t be used towards rent. She personally has breached the contract. refuses to answer calls. PLEASE DO NOT USE HER... Have to give her a star as system won't let you add review. But she is a MINUS FIVE... Read more

I can't even give this service a star................ but they won't let you unless you give her one! In fact to call it a service is a JOKE! Niki is difficult, unable to fulfil obligations and in my experience a JOKE! Honesty isn't in her vocabulary Don't touch it with a barge pole... Read more
