I still get nightmare from my experience with them, they are extremely rude and unprofessional it's really shocking. I got a women on the phone because of a problem with the deposit (made us call several times every weeks but still wouldn't do /send what they said they would)trying to explain our situation and the told me to never call back again ???! This place will try to scam you if they see a possibility (we fought to have our deposit back because the landlord try to keep it lying about broken things in the apartment but thanks to my smart partner we had pictures of the place from before we move in and we were able to get our full deposit back) Be careful of who you trust with your money!!... Wish I could put 0. :( Very bad attitude. Wanted to rent a place, met with agent - Joseph. He said that we can meet friday, and I should call him, and he said okay. Called thursday, he said that he can send me some papers about rent to my mail. Waited all day, none of papers came. Called on friday, picked up another women, said that they have holiday, so I need to call saturday, also said that they need to wait for some reference number, and that I can’t move in so quickly. But Joseph didn’t said anything about this. Called saturday, picked another women, said all my situation from the beginning, she said that she will send me application to my mail, but she didn’t. Also I said that I’m confused about all this situation, but she just asked - why I want to move in so quickly? Very sad, hope you guys will solve this problem, but I don’t recommend this agency, if you are looking for a place to rent. :(... Read more

Would not recommend to anyone! This is now the 4th time I have been left for 2 weeks with a broken boiler in 3 years I have 2 young children and still they dont sort it out, lie after lie to shut me up! Disgusting!! Would put less stars if I could. Very poor service. I pay my rent every month on time and this is how I get treated.... Read more

Wish I could put 0. Was told that if I want a viewing I must come within a few hours, made arrangements with work to come out for a few hours to go and view the property.. Went to have a look was told I stand a high chance of the property because of my circumstances and was told to ring the office for an application.. Rang them (loads of times) and was told repeatedly an application has been sent which is hadn't. Then was told the house was let agreed without even giving me a chance.. Then to be the landlord still wants me to apply, sent the application to THEN BE TOLD the landlord isn't even using the estate agents anymore. I listed my apartment with Austins last Wednesday after being messed around by the largest online agent not chasing my sale and it falling through multiple times. Austins had 4 viewings booked on my property within 48 hours, and it was SSTC within 3 working days. Austin's staff are caring and try their utmost to get the sale for you as soon as possible. I'm currently a tenant under this estate agency. I would advise using other agencies, the staff are incompetent, rude and patronising. I called 3 days ago to note that my boiler had stopped working, I have no heating or hot water and I'm looking after a 10 month old baby. I received no call back from the agency. If they can get away with ignoring you, they will most certainly try. Although I'm unable to state names here, if you try calling the agency for anything other than helping them to secure a sale/rental agreement you will be met with awful customer service particularly from the males....
