These are thieves and have cheated with a Korean-Bangladeshi couple. They regularly rent out to people even after taking deposits from another party. They are non-responsive and do not respond to queries. Knowingly putting international students on the street, what a horrible service!

Ellie at the Dixons team has been excellent with helping negotiate and secure several properties, with always being accommodating to viewings even when it was a last minute request. She’s stayed over on viewings with no hesitation as we needed longer at the property as our build team was in there to measure/qoute up. Even after he work hours were finished on one of them.
She has helped with dealing with the sale and progressing as well to completion. Her expertise and vision for the project properties we’ve purchased through her has been really impressive and we’re actually taking it on board. She explained the expected end value on these project properties with evidence to back it up as well the local demand/demographic and explained features she’d add for potential buyers to maximise our return and price.
She’s also offered us to book a visit once the property is fully renovated for an appraisal as we’re flipping this property. We will definitely going with Ellie and the Dixons team upon completion of refurbishment works. Ellie is a credit to the Dixons team.

Well where do I start! The team at Wolverhampton are fantastic! We were messed around by so many buyers whilst trying to sell our house & the team did everything possible to help us. Ellie-May is brilliant, she was so helpful, caring & understanding with it all. Evan always greeted us with a big smile & remembered us when ever we rang or went in. I think this establishment would have been better ran by 4 year old children.
We took the day off work, UNPAID may I add, booked a viewing for the confirmation, turned up stood around like idiots. Rang once outside the property to be told the landlord has had a private offer & they sent voicemails round this morning. Never rang once, never text, never emailed. Have some common courtesy and decency, it’s actions like these and attitudes customer service no longer exists, your establishment feeding into that downfall!

From Daniel to Darren i would highly recommend this estate agents. Other estate agents were pushy to try and get you to sign the contract but I found Dixons to be more patient and willing to explain the process clearly.

What a fantastic job Dixon did selling my house. They sold it in 4 days ware as 2 other agents couldn't sell in 3 months. A big big, thank you to Ellie may and demi for all their work. Ellie may who has the voice of a angel and could calm a very high rate seller with a solicitor causing lots of problems. Communication was excellent. Nothing to much trouble.

It's been a year since we bought our house from Dixons I have always regretted not writing a review or making a complaint. I feel people/customers should be aware of establishments before using them so that they can make decisions with knowledge. Our experience with Dixons Wolverhampton was unbelievably shocking, we experienced lack of communication, discrimination and lies from their manager Darren. He is somebody the company should be ashamed to have work for them! He let his team down, as for the other employees we dealt with were lovely. Some examples of his behaviour are; He would never ring us, our mortgage adviser, solicitor or estate agents back with any updates even when promised, he wouldn't even answer the phones to us but told other staff at Dixons that only he would deal with the sale of the house we were buying. When making offers he refused to put one forward for us, then wouldn't tell us if any were accepted or not, he made us wait weeks. When our offer was accepted he didn't call us to tell us, we had to ring to find out but he had called the other persons bidding to tell them our offer had been accepted incase they wanted to increase their offer (He actually told us this on the phone and told us not to get our hopes up because the other buyer had said he would email a higher offer, this is after our offer was accepted). When we turned up to our bought house no white goods had been left which were stated in our contracts, solicitors asked sellers why this was, they said they had asked Darren to confirm with us what we wanted but never heard back so sold them, Darren never asked us. The other buyers who were bidding against us were selling their house through Dixons and one of the girls told us that it was preferable to the company to sell and buy in house, therefore Darren pushed for the other bidders.
These are just a few examples of the shockingly unprofessional behaviours Darren showed within our transaction from them. We would never look at buying or selling with them again. We were warned by professionals that Dixons chain are hard to deal with but we would have never imagined how stressful they would make our moving journey.

In my desperation, I contacted Dixons, where I had the pleasure of speaking to a gentleman named Januse. Upon explaining my situation, he displayed understanding and empathy, assuring me that he would find me a property I could call home.
Januse presented the properties available through Dixons, delivering excellent service and establishing a great rapport. Each property he showed me best suited what I was looking for.
He then arranged for me to view a two-bedroom apartment, which I fell in love with. After the viewing, Januse was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the application process, relieving the stress and burden on my shoulders.

I was in unenviable position of having to sell my late parents property following bereavement.
Dixons Estate Agents made the process easy to understand and were able to sell the property quickly and professionally.
Following a very poor performance from the solicitors it was left to Emma Longmore (Senior Sales Processor) to get things back on track, which she did with her professionalism, I feel that without her obvious experience and empathy the sale could have fallen through at the last minute instead due numerous phone calls and connections she made, it completed successfully.
Daniel Rodberg (Senior Sales Negotiator) also deserves a mention as he was instrumental in keeping me fully informed at all stages prior to the sale with his friendly and professional manner, taking away a lot of stress and worry.

1. Advertised my property as 'Zero deposit' - I did not consent to this.
2. I paid for a fully managed service - they breached their terms of business as they failed to conduct any property checks for 14 months (I had to insist on the 1st check)
3. As a result, the tenants were found to be growing a cannabis farm in my property which the police estimate has been going on for at least 2 years.
4. Dixons are refusing to take responsibility for this. In their words "this isn't on us". I could mention names, but I won't.
5. So far, I have had to pay in excess of £2000 to rectify any damage - this figure will of course increase
6. Informed that the deposit cannot be released without the tenant's consent...?!?The tenant cannot be contacted. Given the circumstances, this is obvious, yet I am told I won't get my deposit.
7. Poor communication, when you ring the office you will be put through to an answering machine. When you email, you don't receive a timely response. No sense of urgency. I also have to wait 3 weeks before a response can be given to my complaint.
8. Incorrect or no information given regarding Section 8 grounds and an Abandonment notice - you will be reminded of Housing law before being supported as a result of their failures or the tenants conducting illegal activity. I was also told a check-out will be provided by their 'trained professionals'. Still waiting for this.
9. This list could be much, much longer
10. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will never use Dixons again and plan to pursue the matter with The Property Ombudsman.

We were so lucky to come across mortgage advisors from Dixons, Mazar Singh and Sharifa Haq. Mazar Singh has managed to get us a mortgage for the dream house when all hope was almost lost, he really went extra mile and has put a lot of effort in to our application. After two failed attempts with another advisors, and several declined applications, we thought it`s not going to happen, yet Mazar managed and I wish we came straight to Dixons for mortgage advisor, the service was excellent from the moment we call them, they guided, supported and reassured us all the way through the process. Hello everyone, I want to tell the situation with this agency, I wanted to rent a house, I phoned made an appointment, I liked the house and asked to wait two or three days, they agreed, after that I collected all the Documents and told my Landrold that I was leaving the house, she said well, after I call this and say that all the Documents are ready and I want to rent a house, they answer me that there is no more home, I call my landrold back and ask them to stay, but she tells me to leave with the children on principle, I have three days left now I will take first hitting a house, I VERY DON'T ADVISE THIS AGENCY BECAUSE THERE ARE NOT ANY AGREEMENTS AND FOR THEM WE ARE WITHOUT A HOME WITH CHILDREN NOW, but this does not concern them

We dealt with Daniel who did all our viewings and kept us updated on the feedback from them. He was excellent. Very professional, looked after our property during the viewings and was so positive about our home. He was just lovely! We also had dealings with Darren the manger, who again was very professional and positive, always updating and listening to what we had to say. They were very patient as we sold and then lost the sale after lockdown. They continued their hard work and we managed to sell within a few weeks! Dixons is the best letting agency I have used so far! we have had some really negative experiences previously and Dixons has really regained my faith in letting agents. it wasn't always a perfect ride when getting repairs done, but that's not through fault of Dixons as landlords can take time! However, if we needed immediate help there was always someone on hand to help! We have recently ended our tenancy and were supported and communicated with well in doing so! Kylie Turu-Williams especially went above and beyond, giving me her personal number to go one step further to help! I recommend them with no reservation!

Dixons were useless. I was trying to buy a house, told them that we had already sold our house and were willing to move into parents to become chain free. Daniel put in our offer but failed to relay this message of our good position as he thought we still hadn't sold our house, so people were still putting offers in for at least a week. Our offer didn't get considered until Darren stepped in. Then they accepted our offer. We went through the whole process up until a week before completion when we got a phone call off Darren saying that they were pulling out because they were having issues with their new house. Apparently this had been going on for weeks but we were none the wiser and neither were our solicitors. So all in all because of the lack of communication we nearly lost the hosue in the first place and lost £2k in solicitors fees because we were not told of the situation before it was too late. Shocking service.

I recently placed my property on the open market in Parkfields, Wolverhampton (At the start of the Pandemic). I was met by two extremely professional members of staff at Dixon’s Estate Agents who genuinely couldn’t do enough - Tanya/Tom.
They were both outstanding and determined to do everything they could to sell the house in a timely manner. The property sold within two weeks which was as a direct result of both of them and there motivation to sell.
They continued to communicate with me through the whole process keeping me updated at each stage which took no longer than 3 months.

Dixons Wolverhampton - Worst estate agents I have ever known as a landlord. As landlord I expect professional and honest service especially when premium service fee charged.
To start with the tenancy has not been fully triggered; landlord’s signature (i.e. me) were pending and the keys were passed over to the tenant in rush. There is still shortfall in rent collected and actual rent agreed on tenancy agreement and its 8 months now, also still fully signed correct tenancy agreement is still pending.
Overcharged estate’s agent service fee for couple of months and it took far too much efforts to correct it, also their corporate compliant department is absolutely joke.
Worst, their local branch keeps sending surprise charges, fees every other month.
I don’t blame other landlords shunning traditional estate agents of these kind and moving towards online or take on this task themselves.

I was getting charges for service I didn’t request and money started to deduct without any notice. To get our lovely home Tania was the key person in choosing our home. When we were told about our exact requirement of home (no. of beds, locality, schools etc), Tania understood our requirement and advised us to view the required property. After the Second view we have chosen the property, also me and my wife always admired her listening skills. Tania always listened to our needs and then answered on the phone or in personal discussion.
Mr Mazar was our mortgage advisor. Without his help, possibly I was not able to get the right mortgage with right deal. Only after 2 appointments I got my mortgage offer from Nationwide. He is the right person to get advice from which bank the mortgage will be suitable as per the financial needs. As we were first time buyer, I was totally new and not aware when to search. Also, he was the only person advised to search in advance to get home as quickly as possible. We contact Dixon last week of October 2019 and completion date fixed on the month of February 2020. Everything went smooth under his guidance. He always gave the right advice and every time he was always polite and friendly.

After being invited to view a property and putting an offer in which was declined I upped the offer and was told that it would be submitted and considered.Over a week later after hearing nothing,I decided to call and was told the property had gone which is fair enough, but for know one to call me or email is very unprofessional.
And the salesperson’s who told me I was in a very good position and phoned regularly have suddenly disappeared from the face of the earth, no calls or messages.
Dixon’s you need to do a lot better.

Appalled by the service we received at Dixon’s Wolverhampton. Enquired about a house and arranged a viewing. On the day of the viewing (Saturday) we received a phone call from “Joe” asking if we could change our viewing time from 3:45PM to 3:30PM. We said we should be able to but we were coming from Cannock. We got there for just after 3:40PM and the tenant told us the agent had already left. Despite this “Joe” insists that he waited there until quarter to. So we let this slide and continued to view the house with the current tenant. We rang first thing Monday morning to let them know we wanted the house and we were happy. Took MANY attempts to get through to someone on the phone. It’s like there’s only member of staff who work on the phones. Phone always going through to voicemail asking to leave your name and number so someone can get back in touch with you which NEVER HAPPENS. When we finally got through to them on the phone, we were told (again by Joe) that our details had been passed onto the landlord and that when the landlord decides on which tenant he wants to let have the house, he will be back in touch. Numerous failed call attempts and voice mails left and still we hear nothing back. Don’t say you’ll be in touch “as soon as we hear back from the landlord” if you can’t live up to your promises. Low and behold when we finally manage to get through to them the house has already been let. Communication from this company is catastrophic. A lot of time has been wasted getting our hopes up and waiting for promised phone calls. Even a call to let us know the house had been let would’ve been nice. Now we have to start from scratch with our house search. Definitely will be avoiding this company.

First time renting out a property, was put in contact with vicky and she's been a star throughout. Explained the process start to finish and gave me all the information I needed in terms of what I needed to obtain gas, electric certs ect.
Ran into a few problems myself but vick was always on the end of the phone to steer me in the right direction.
Within a week vick had found tenants for my property and worked around my schedual to make sure everything was in place.
Vicky has provided a 5 star service and made the whole process very convenient and easy for myself she is a credit to dixons.

**Didn’t fix leaks in the property leading to £200 water bills, Tried to deceive us into paying an extra months rent, are now illegally holding our deposit & slagged off my partner!!!**
Started renting a property through Dixon’s in April 2018 as the property was next to the train station and I work for network rail so it was convenient. I discovered I was pregnant upon moving into the property so we made the decision to move out once our 6 month contract ended as I didn’t want my baby in a polluted environment and I wouldn’t be working so living there would not be necessary.
In August we reported that the toilet cistern was leaking which took weeks to fix and increased our water bill from £30 a month to £270!!! Same problem arose the next month which we reported multiple times but was never fixed, we had to turn the water off at the mains at night and each time we went out but our bills were still £130 for September and October.
When we advised them we were moving out they tried to tell us that we were liable to pay rent for November despite our contract ending on the 27th October... Luckily my job is to read over contracts daily so I knew this was not correct.
We wrote a letter on 27th October upon leaving the property for them to release our deposit or dispute within 10 days, it has now been 17 and we have had no correspondence or money and it looks as though we will have to start legal proceedings to get our money back. Being 7 months pregnant I do not need this stress!
During our checkout inventory the man who had come to take pictures advised us that Vicky had told him that my partner was dodgy!!! I don’t know what is dodgy about my partner and obviously the lovely man who was taking pictures of the property didn’t think he was dodgy either. We are both hardworking professionals who always paid our rent on time and never been anything but polite...
We are now looking to buy a house and will definitely AVOID Dixon’s at all costs. Thanks for the stress.

I have recently completed my first property purchase through Dixons, and have found the experience to be surprisingly smooth and hassle free. The staff there are always happy to respond to queries and concerns. I was advised to speak to Major (Mazar Singh) with regard to mortgage advice and insurance options, and will happily admit that I was initially sceptical. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent fixed rate mortgage deal that Major was able to offer me, alongside both builldings/contents and income protection too. Furthermore, he was always approachable to discuss any issues and concerns, and would always resolve any queries in a timely manner. I have used Mazar Singh- mortgage advisor based at Wolverhampton Dixon’s on four occasions over four years. He is incredibly helpful and has always shared his experience and knowledge. This includes sharing realistic expectations of the market and processes through these explanations, it helps to ease stress and worry. On two occasions for a house move there needed to be a 7 week turn around and he was more than happy to help and assisted to make this possible, even in a chain! Could not recommend Dixons enough! They have been there with great support from day 1. They sold my house quicker than i expected and always kept us informed at all stages. I had many problems along the way due to being in a chain however they did everything possible to make sure I got the house I wanted. They put up with all my pestering and dealt with everything for me. I used Mazar for my mortgage and he was brilliant. Made sure I got the best deal and always dealt with any issues and gave great advice! Also a special thank you to Dan and Darren who were always patient and friendly even when i was stressing over little things.

An absolutely awful experience of dealing with Dixons Wolverhampton. From the outset there were problems with them which ranged from poor listing and documentation, innacurate floor plans and lack of evidence based market research. Given the sensitivity of this particular sale, their incompetences and appalling attempts at communication certainly antagonised the problem. On countless occasions requests were made that were simply ignored and certain members of the Wolverhampton team should be ashamed of themselves. They failed on all occasions to find suitable buyers with in the price range and were at best, lazy sales practitioners. I would never recommend this branch to anyone who is serious about selling their much loved home, they are simply manipulative con artists. Avoid them at all costs.

We had a viewing booked for 16:30 I had a text with the number of the building so we stood and waiting. While stood there for about 10 mins (later) we noticed a guy up the road with someone else. We stood there for a further 10 mins and the guy came down and said he was showing the flat by this time another person had turned up to view it. Would appear they texted the wrong number when I questioned it he laughed and shrugged it off. Overall we was not happy with the service given we had another viewing booked for the same day a lot later but had to cut it fine to get across to it due to the guy being late

Truly awful. We were on good terms with our landlady and both parties requested release of our deposit at the end of our tenancy. They have held onto it for several weeks with no valid reason, and only use DPS to insure. The money is in their bank....quick to want your cash....snails pace in returning yours. Avoid.

Darren phoned the solicitors, established that everything was actually in place despite what they had told me, and liaised with the buyers to ensure they knew the progress. Possibly the best letting agency I have dealt over the many years of renting. Unfortunately, at very short notice we had to find a new home very close to Christmas - Latasha was amazing helping us secure our new home. A very scary time when you have a 12 month old child too! She really put us at ease that everything was moving well and really pulled out all the stops booking viewings and answering any questions we had. Great contact, great service & lovely property we can now call home. Would certainly recommend them for their portfolio of properties and their passion to find you a home! What a total shambles these lot are. 1st to show an interest in a property, was told that they couldn't get hold of the tenants for a viewing. No problem, so tried again a couple of days later and got the same response. Was told they would call me to arrange when they got hold of the tenants and waited for the call to come........never happened. So called this weekend and was told that it had been let, apparently the manager was the person looking after it who had failed to even respond to a call. Joe, you have set the bar and your people are as equally poor at their job as you. Keep up the bad work, an example not to follow.

I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Latasha Straker within the Lettings Team from the Wolverhampton Branch of Dixons. As a Landlord you endeavour for great managed service and super tenants to look after your property and when they decide to move on to have your managed property back on the market and let as soon as possible.
Well I can only say I have had absolutely fantastic service and being a professional worker and having a very busy diary,Latasha has been in consistent touch and really added a personal aspect in making sure I am happy and she has re-let the property within 2 weeks of it becoming vacant.
Latasha is by far a genuine and sincere team member and an absolute advocate for Dixons Lettings.
My Business will continue with Latasha as it gives me enormous piece of mind that it's in the most capable hands possible.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THE WOLVERHAMPTON BRANCH....
I spoke to Harry first he was arguing with me when i just asked if i could have a more convenient viewing appointment, due to the fact i was already viewing another property in Wolverhampton around about the same time as the earlier appointment he WAS TELLING ME I SHOULD HAVE. I also had explained to him that i DIDN'T no the area of Wolverhampton very well and i didn't want to be late for my other viewing. He then put me on hold for a inordinate amount of time, i ended up then getting cut off. I waited for a while for harry to ring me back but nobody did. Then when i rang back to CHASE harry to see if i could have a appointment i could possibly make on time? Fabio answered and i explained to Fabio (THE ABOVE) . Fabio then told me he couldn't see what point i was making or what my problem was.Then a couple of seconds later Fabio was shouting down the phone at me..." DO NOT CALL ME MATE"..." DO NOT CALL ME MATE"... they are completely unprofessional, extremely rude and by far the worst estate agents i have EVER had the displeasure of coming across in my life, all in all an atrocious customer service experience . DO NOT GO NEAR MY OLD MATE FABIO HA HA OR DIXONS.
