Parker Rose just changing their brand name for obvious reasons... I'll never forget how my house was trashed and I paid them a monthly fee to manage it. They have zero moral code and this business is a vessel for them to rob money.... Read more

We have LET a property on rental management with this firm for 12 years and for some reason they did not increase the rent in line with the market rental value for the area. Every time we contact them we get fobbed off.... Read more

I found Morgan Payne & Knightly to be very much unprofessional. I got my house through them and landlord left full rubbish in garden shed before they handed over keys to me. I have been in touch with Mr. Tony Singh but he always delayed and never solved this. Its been 2 months since i got my house but Tony Singh didn't bother to respond many of my emails I am extremely disappointed. Would not recommend this. Also i m going to report to council.
