Very very impressed with these guys, although I was sceptical at first as these guys were just so cheap when it came to selling our house! We paid the upfront cost and thought this might mean that they were more relaxed on organisation and keenness/drive to search and push through the sale. But how wrong was I! Always answer the phone first time, great internal communication. Always fast to tell us updates, and organise viewings/offers. From evaluation to sold was just under 2 weeks! Will and Jack were amazing. We haven’t completed yet but I can’t see them letting us down after how amazing they have been so far. Really down to earth but professional service, fast, efficient, cheap… can’t go wrong! Wouldn’t use anyone else after this experience. Thanks guys ????????... Read more

NPO have just sold my 5 bed (student) HMO. Dan had expert knowledge on this type of property and secured an early sale. This was followed up (sometimes doggedly!) by Elaine. Hers can be a frustrating job in dealing with all the Parties and some Solicitors etc not responding to her requests for information. She handled this in a timely, efficient and unflustered manner. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Bought a property through NPO and both Dan and Elaine were brilliant, but I do have to give an extra mention to Elaine who just went above and beyond to ensure perfect service and excellent communication throughout our entire chain for the entire process. I didn't sell via NPO but I absolutely would use them in future as I was so impressed.
