5 stars is not enough to rate the team at oakfield they deserve more! Over the last 4 years they have looked after my son when he purchased his first home in Buckley. Next they helped me sell my parents home . It was a sad time and the team especially Paul and Clair supported me every step of the way resulting in a sale to a wonderful couple . Finally because, I don't ever intend to move , they sold my home in Chester and helped me purchase my forever home across the border in Wales. Clair at Oakfield is an absolute superstar. Throughout the whole process of buying our property she has been so helpful. Truly excellent. I switched to Oakfield Properties to manage my properties after using a nationwide estate agency team. The team at Oakfield ensure that prospective tenants are able to afford to rent the properties unlike my previous agent. Repairs to the properties are carried out swiftly by their own network of contractors which saves me the hassle of tracking down reliable contractors and ensures that my tenants have repairs dealt with swiftly and appropriately. Monthly statements are clear, concise and include invoices for repairs making my accountant's life easier. I highly recommend them.... Read more

Can't praise Oakfield highly enough for their help with my property sale, definitely 5 star service. Special mention to Paul for his advice, Sara for negotiating a better sale price than I expected and Clair for her help and advice while the sale was going through, nothing was too much trouble, always kept me informed even during the time when things go quiet waiting for searches etc...
