I recently rented my flat in kings heath from Oak Tree Estates and i couldn't be happier with service I received . From start to finish, the staff, especially Rahib ( the Trainee) and lettings negotiator Tira , were incredibly helpful and attentive. As a first time renter really appreciated their guidance throughout the entire process. They made everything easy to understand were always available to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend Oak Tree Estates to anyone looking to rent a property.

purchased my first apartment from Oak Tree Estates and sales manager was excellent throughout the process , everything ran smoothly and in a good timescale just as it was explained and advised. They offered a complete in house service From mortgage broker referral to solicitors. They even assisted with removal vans. Keep up the good work guys!

Only instructed Oak Tree Estates on 5th October to sell my property, the property went live within few hours of instruction, and was so pleased with the overwhelming response to my property, agent conducted viewings the following day and with 48 hours my property is SSTC. Would certainly recommend Oak Tree Estates Tony top sales man.

I'm happy with the level of service I received last week from Oak Tree Estates, very competitive for property management cam highly recommended. Lettings manager Nabz went out his way to guide me in everything required to let my properties, along with informing me of new government legislations. Just signed up with this agency and given them 2 of my local properties glad they are in good hands. Would definitely recommend.

I have today had some mortgage advise from Tony Green, certainly knew his stuff, access to whole of the market and his product knowledge was excellent wasn't pushing to sign me up at all. But I did without a 2nd thought, they even recommended a firm of solicitors and saved me money on this as well. Recommend Tony Green for your financial needs.

I've always been impressed with the level of high-class service I've received over a lengthy period of time, dating back to 2006. This was my first chosen local estate agency and after 14 years I'm pleased to say that I still use thier servies and have never went to another agency, and rightfully so.
The professionalism, customer service as well as customer care has always been the deciding factor to keep returning. I've found Mr Abrar to be very genuine, sincere, thoughtful and usually goes the extra mile. Diligent and rather apt in his customer service.
It would come as no surprise that I highly recommend this local estate agency. They sure are a credit to the community.

I have to say the service was great, i had to cancle on the last minute twice yet they still didnt turn me down and still took interest in me, where as most others wouldnt entertain you if you cancled twice. Very professional, make sure the property was the right one for your budget and not just try and sell a house. Would defo use them again if ever needed

My experience with these letting agents have exceeded expectations. Being a female with little to none experience or knowledge of this industry meant i was very reluctant and unsure about processes and procedures of letting a property. Everything was explained to me step by step and i was always made to feel comfortable and confident in the service I received. One of the best estate agents i have used. They have been dealing with my properties for over 10 yrs. They really look out for their clients. They keep me informed of the various guidelines and provide partial advice to look after my interests. They have also made my selling and buying transition as smooth as possible. No stars from us. As a landlord, we could never recommend this company. Ensure you independently ask your tennants what rent they are paying because Oak Tree Estates will tell you that tennants are not willing to pay more even as they secretly raise their rent and pocket the raise. After several years of having to top up our monthly mortgage instalment, we went through a lot of hassle to change to another letting agent. Thankfully, these are professionals and we now receive a small income too.
