I feel compelled to share my experience with Property Link, located at 448 Bordesley Green, B9 5NS, to warn others before considering their services. From the outset, the company demonstrates a lack of transparency and professionalism. Prospective clients are not given adequate time or support to properly review agreements before being pressured into signing contracts. Even more concerning, the fees charged prior to signing are excessively high and feel completely unjustified. Unfortunately, the situation does not improve once tenants move into the property. Any maintenance or repair issues are handled extremely poorly. Requests for repairs are either significantly delayed or outright ignored, leaving tenants in unacceptable living conditions. Communication is particularly frustrating, as calls and messages are frequently disregarded. The conduct of staff members is equally disappointing. Employees often come across as unapproachable, dismissive, and at times disrespectful. This creates an environment where tenants feel unsupported and undervalued. Overall, this company shows a clear lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer care.
