I have just completed the sale of my property through Orca Estates and I can’t thank Danielle and her team enough. I have bought and sold several houses over the course of time and have never had an Estate Agent (Danielle) that offers such a professional and courteous service throughout the whole process. Her knowledge of property and the industry is second to none. Trustworthy, great communicator and brimming with positivity: not words we would use to describe any other estate agent, but all absolutely true for Danielle. We bought a cottage from Danielle, and right from our first meeting it was so apparent that she had a completely different style and ethos to all the larger chains we had encountered - this is not simply a job to her, but a passion, and her positive, kind and professional approach really helps you through what can be a very daunting process. She gave us direct, prompt answers to all our questions and kept us up to date and completely in the picture from beginning to end. She was extremely knowledgeable about the property and the area. We would recommend her unreservedly, and if ever we had a house to sell she would be our top choice!
