I have just completed the sale of my property through Orca Estates and I can’t thank Danielle and her team enough. I have bought and sold several houses over the course of time and have never had an Estate Agent (Danielle) that offers such a professional and courteous service throughout the whole process. Her knowledge of property and the industry is second to none. She explains the valuation and sale process thoroughly to you and is always willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have, it’s the perfect combination of traditional customer service values with a modern professional can do company. Trustworthy, great communicator and brimming with positivity: not words we would use to describe any other estate agent, but all absolutely true for Danielle. We bought a cottage from Danielle, and right from our first meeting it was so apparent that she had a completely different style and ethos to all the larger chains we had encountered - this is not simply a job to her, but a passion, and her positive, kind and professional approach really helps you through what can be a very daunting process. She gave us direct, prompt answers to all our questions and kept us up to date and completely in the picture from beginning to end. She was extremely knowledgeable about the property and the area. We would recommend her unreservedly, and if ever we had a house to sell she would be our top choice!

I just wanted to write another review now we have completed our house sale with Orca. On the first meeting with Danielle, I was immediately put at ease and recieved a warm and friendly welcome which encouraged me to put my house on the market with Orca and start hunting for our new family home. Danielle had a lot of knowledge of the area and was able to portray this when selling my property, she was able to answer any queries or questions in detail and always responded quickly, nothing was ever too much to ask. Danielle was able to arrange viewings quickly and efficiently and was able to ensure that the potential buyers were in a position to make an offer. I have been most impressed by the hard work and dedication of Danielle and did not hesitate to use her again when selling a family member's house in which she displayed the same professionalism and commitment throughout. Danielles communication has been positive and clear throughout the sale of both property's, letting me know exactly what was happening with the buyers and solicitors, the reasons for any hold-ups on a regular basis and going far beyond her role as an estate agent. Danielle managed some complex communications across all parties involved and supported me fully throughout the entire process which I am extremely grateful for. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Orca Estates, and particularly liked the move in gift box ????.
September 2020: My experience so far with ORCA estates is a very positive one! From the first meeting with Danielle, I knew I would be choosing ORCA to sell our house, Danielle is a brilliant at what she does! I have sold two houses through ORCA estates which have both so far gone very smoothly, Danielle is always on hand to answer any questions (no matter the time of day!) and has answered all calls and messages swiftly. Danielle has a really good understanding of the local markets in both areas we have sold in and was even able to sell one of the properties within a week! I always appreciated the honesty and openess from Danielle and felt (and still feel) we were kept informed with every step of the process of selling our houses. Danielle has shown a lot of experience in dealing with buyers, solicitors and other agents which was invaluable to us and I have always felt she has gone the extra mile from start to finish. Orca estate agents have been amazing from start to finish when dealing with our house sale. The communication from them is outstanding and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They held viewings for us and dealt with all the negotiations at the drop of a hat. They managed to sell our house much faster than we thought it would and at more than we expected. I will always use them in future and would happily recommend them to anyone. 5 star service in my opinion.

A property company with values. Danielle knows everything about the property industry and it as been a very long time since I was in the company of pure professionalism. Every question met with a honest and straightforward answer. The valuation knocked me sideways, so pleasantly surprised at what I could sell for. Orca are the only company I would use or recommend in the future. If you use someone else then that is your loss.

Although Orca is relatively new to the area, Danielle has a wealth of experience and after meeting her we knew we wanted to go with her.
