What can I say! Absolutely amazing experience with all staff members; Reo and Niall, both very professional and friendly, but most importantly, Simon Massey who has gone above and beyond for my mother-in-law while selling and buying her properties recently. My mother-in-law has needed alot of support as we live approx 160 miles away and she has health issues. Simon was absolutely wonderful to her and I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Always remember not many things in life run smoothly and there are always hiccups, but with the excellent service that Bairstow Eves in Mansfield Woodhouse provides, you know things will run as smoothly as they can be. Thank you guys for all your help and support.

Worse agents I've had experience . Manager doesn't carry out what he promises , doesn't take charge of the office , never there. Young unexperienced staff do not answer phone or emails hence didn't sell . Waste of time ! Not even worthy of one star however other office in Mansfield have experienced & helpful staff . Woodhouse office should shut down .

The staff at Bairstowe Eves Mansfield Woodhouse branch have been great during the sale of my house. There was a change of manager during the process, which was not ideal. However, the new manager, Simon, got things moving forward quickly and competently maintaining good communication with me. James and Niall have also been fabulous at keeping me updated throughout the whole process. They have excellent customer service skills and are always polite and helpful. Thank you to the team, wonderful service!

A massive thank you to Penelope, Jordan and all the team! Penelope and Jordan went above and beyond to assist both our buyer and seller with their paperwork simply to ensure the sale of our home went through as quickly as possible. Penelope kept us updated throughout the whole process (which turned out to be a lot more stressful than we initially thought) and was a pleasure to speak to always - if Penelope says she’s going to call you back, she will call you back. Plus - they sold our home within a week for over the asking price. Would highly recommend if you are considering selling your home.

Penelope was a god send to me
when I had to move, because of Health problems, I was alone and didn’t know what to do with paperwork or anything she helped and kept me up to date all of the time I really could not have done it without her I would recommend Penelope and Bairstow Eves team above all other Estate Agents she has a very professional and friendly approach with everyone.

A huge thank you to Penelope and the team at the Mansfield Woodhouse branch for all their help and support over the last two years. From the marketing to regular updates and phone calls and endless Repetitive E/mails to various parties who for whatever reason wouldn’t respond, to my phone calls to her venting my frustrations, Penelope dealt with it all, calmly and professionally. It has been a very difficult and trying time and without Penelope’s supreme professionalism and dedication to her client, I would probably have plain given up! I can’t recommend this lady enough, if it wasn’t for her, We would still be awash with problems. If you have a property to sell, the staff at Mansfield Woodhouse are the best, especially Penelope! Thank you.
