These guys are the worst. Please don't use them. If you look at the 5* reviews here, most of them only have 1 review - a good sign that it's a fake review!
They don't do anything themselves any more. They outsource all of the work to Madison Brook. Every time I call up I get told that they are waiting for Madison Brook. Also, they refuse to let clients speak to Madison Brook!
They've also got some staff that are utterly clueless about anything, and clearly haven't been trained.... Read more

We rented in the Oxygen building in Royal Victoria docks in London for about 5 years. We recently moved away in a nearby townhouse managed by Johns & Co and what a big mistake that was...
During the 5 years we were treated very fairly, in particular we had great dealings with Donovan who is no longer there. All our requests were dealt quickly and fairly. Just the occasional rejection but nothing major. We were under the impression that they wanted to keep tenants happy too, while the new property manager apparently sees tenants as nuisances and landlords as their only customers. It is fair to say that we did not have this impression at the Oxygen. The concierge service is also very personalised and handled by a person with the head on his shoulders who is not shy to take initiative and helps in all the way.
The building suffers of chronic problems with the lifts but we learned that it is not the property management to blame, but rather the owners' association. The state of building entrance is often dirty but again I think it would be unfair to blame the company that manages some of the flats.

To all the perspective tenets and owner of The Oxygen at Royal docks, be aware and alarm with the The Oxygen Property Management. This is extremely unprofessional agency. People who work there, have no self-respect for themselves let alone any care for you. Their only job is to find number of ways to steal money. When I moved in to the property I had to raise a formal complainants how messy the apartment the given. When I left after living there for three years, they slap you £250 of cleaning bill, along with curtain bill bulb bill and all. So they don't clean the apartment when offer you but charge when to leave it. I know its not a huge amount, but they will steal your money whatever way works. Avoid this place or at least this agency like a plague. Going to legal is only going to add to your mental illness.... Read more

Very good dealings. Sales agent Alex Galvin has been very courteous and responsive to all requests. Just about to move in and hoping the amazing management to continue through tenancy. I will keep my experience posted.
14/8: I am in the process of exiting my tenancy and I see very good engagement from Donovan and team who have clarified the exit process with recommendations on cleaners. I will provide a final update on how the tenancy end is managed.

We rented from Oxygen for 2.5 years and overall had a good experience. The property had some standard issues during that time (appliances that needed replacing, a leak here or there etc) and Oxygen was always very prompt to respond, particularly when it was more urgent. We requested a few extra safety measures be installed (a handrail on the stairs, a barrier between the deck and the river) and those were taken care of fairly promptly as well. Donovan was particularly responsive and capable whereas some of the rest of the staff were a bit abrupt and it sometimes took going back and forth several times to get things right.... Read more

We have just sold our flat with the help of Sales Agent Octavia Rolle. We are very pleased with the dedicated, efficient and solution-focused service provided to us that has led us to a successful outcome quicker than anticipated.
Originally, we have considered engaging on the sale two larger property agencies. However, within days, it has become apparent that once you sign the contract, you lose dedicated support, deal with different person each time and receive any number of property views where the viewers are uninformed and do not convert into buyers.
As we have engaged Octavia Rolle from Oxygen Management and Sales, it has become immediately apparent that not only our specific personal objectives and circumstances have been taken into account to inform the pricing, marketing, viewing and viewers briefing strategies, but that they have then promptly converted to prominent viewings and an offer of purchase after the second viewer saw the property.
Moreover, as we have entered a very complicated and lengthy legal process, Octavia not only owned the movement of it and communication to all parties by ensuring that we were moving along the tight deadlines, but she has also managed to bring the purchase process back to life at one point when the chain seem to have broken down due to the lack of communication by parties within the chain.

Potentially some of the most disorganised people I have ever met. From the first encounter to the last, my experience was fraught with incompetence. The initial tenancy agreement had incorrect rental figures in it, had duplicate clause numbers each referring to different details, and there was a complete disregard for my comments explaining these important details.
Throughout the tenancy there was very little dealing with them because all they had to do was receive my money. There was an occasion where they had entered my flat to show around potential new tenants (which I gave them permission to do), but they moved and photographed my personal possessions without permission. Perhaps that's included in my agreement to let them into my flat, but a little common courtesy would have been pleasant.
It has now been one month since moving out and I am yet to receive my deposit back. Emails ignored, a reluctance to even bother trying to find out why it has been delayed, and not a single apology was uttered by any of the four staff members I spoke to regarding this matter.
