?I cannot recommend renting with Petty Real based on my recent experience. Within the first few weeks of moving in, the property developed significant mould and dampness on the walls. Despite reporting this immediately, the agency was extremely slow to provide a viable solution. ?The communication was a major issue. While a few staff members were helpful and understanding, I dealt with one particular individual who was consistently rude. The process of ending the contract was so difficult that I eventually had to involve the local council. ?Now that I have vacated the property, the lack of professionalism continues; they have stopped responding to emails regarding the return of my deposit. If you value responsive management and a well-maintained home, I would suggest looking elsewhere.... Read more
