I have been communicating with Ali over the last few months and he is great at timely communication, keeping myself and tenants informed, organising quotes, Instructing works and all at the same time he never misses a beat keeping me always updated. Even though he’s probably dealing with dozens and dozens of other landlords he’s got a very good knack of making me feel like I’m his only customer - that in the service world is very difficult to do but Ali does this very well! Keep up the great work Ali!

We saw a house we liked advertised through Petty Real and contacted the Burnley sales team for a viewing. From there on in I can honestly say that the whole experience was thoroughly professional but with the pleasant twist of being helpful and friendly. We spoke to everyone in the office but especially Robert and Emily on regular basis for the purchase of the new house and the sale of our old one. We would have no hesitation recommending Petty Real to anyone.

Petty Real did all that they promised and all that we expected. We did not get a lot of viewings but all that viewed were genuinely interested in our house and all were in a position to buy and of course we got a buyer. Considering the market conditions I think it has all gone very well.
