We can't thank Ali at Petty Estate Agents enough for all of his hard work throughout our house sale.<br><br>Unfortunately, the sale took around 10 months to complete due to circumstances that were completely outside both our control and the estate agent's. Despite this, Ali was outstanding from beginning to end. He kept in constant contact, always providing updates, chasing where needed, and doing everything he could to keep the sale moving and on track.<br><br>His communication was excellent throughout, and he remained professional, proactive, and reassuring even when the process became frustrating. It was clear that he genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line for us.<br><br>If you're looking for an estate agent who goes above and beyond for their clients, I would highly recommend Ali at Petty. Thank you for all of your support and dedication, it was very much appreciated.

I’ve been a customer with Petty for a few years, and I wanted to take a few moments to highlight the service I received from Kaitlin.<br>I had an ongoing issue with an energy provider and due to the nature of the issue I asked Kaitlin for some help, not only did she take ownership of the situation but I believe she went over and above to help resolve the issues. I’ve had an excellent experience with Petty Real Estate Agents, and I want to highlight Ali Hamza in particular. Ali has been brilliant throughout my sale. He supported both me as the seller and my buyer, kept everything on track when things started to slip, and communicated clearly and professionally with both sides.<br><br>He was consistently polite, friendly, and proactive — the kind of agent who genuinely takes ownership of the process and makes sure everyone feels informed and reassured. I have just sold my father's house through Petty Real. It was a positive experience from start to finish. Ali Hamza was my main point of contact when I contacted the office. I found Ali to be very helpful and informative. He was always aware of progress with the sale. Towards the end he used his friendly approach to bring buyer, seller and solicitor together to ensure that completion took place in a timely manner. Thank you Ali.
