Highly recommend using Philip Evans Estates! Bethan and the team looked after my property for 3 years and did a superb job! The property was always kept in fanatic condition internally and externally with regular checks. They consistently communicated back to me in the event of an issue / breakdown, and the team was always there within a couple of hours to rectify. Any work carried out to the property was always to a high standard by the team of experts and at a very competitive price every time . I have rented two flats through Philips Evans real estate. Both times they did their best and succeeded to meet all my demands . They were always there to help me with any issue I had, they resolved every time any problem I faced with the flats. They contact their business professionally, honor their word and at the same time they show understanding and kindness. Both times they have returned my deposit and they have helped me in numerous ways although they didn’t really have to.
