Decent experience. House sold for less than they valued it for, but generally good service. Chose Franca thinking she would be good during the final (post offer but pre contract exchange) stage in the process, but it's someone else at Philip James that handles that side of things (who also seems good, but worth bearing in mind)!... They are not the cheapest or the dearest on cost. I chose them for their proffesionaloism. They asked for a key and planned viewings. My house sold very quickly. The only small thing I'd say could have been better was clarity on what the buyer was prepared to have left in the house. Only by accident I spoke with the buyer to identify they was first time buyer with nothing and would have benefit from my items being left in. This time it was to late and most items had been removed. I specifically checked this to be asked and was told they had. They hadn't and this wasnt professional or sensible.... Read more
