I have just had a brief encounter with one of the agents, who refused to tell me anything about the property before sharing details about my job. Said that if I can't afford it he won't waste his time. Hung up on me afterwards. Very unpleasant encounter that put me off ever looking at their properties again. Too bad for you, mister, I do earn enough to rent a small studio in London.... Read more

Photos don't necessarily match the property available, the person who showed me around seemed very nice and professional but the web-listing included mostly photos of a different property (very obviously different as it had a shower rather than a bath). I did draw their attention to this but they haven't replied to me... Read more

Very pleased with the service olu has a laid back attitude which took the stress out of renting always responded to my calls can honestly say I don't know why there are so many negative reviews olu was always happy to meet at times to suit me which were always out of work hours I felt it had more of a personal touch then any other estate agent I have used before thankyou olu... Agree with the negative reviews, especially about Olu. We started the process to rent a property and was told we needed to pay £700 admin fees even though we would be moving in June 2019 and these fees would then be illegal. After days of not hearing anything, we contacted Olu, only to be told hours later that the property had already gone. AVOID USING THESE CON ARTISTS... Read more
