I would really recommend Reside, they have been so helpful and supportive, in particular Vicky in the office who has gone above and beyond in progressing the sale of my house. It’s a real find to find an honest lovely estate agent with such a super helpful team!

The Reside team is one of the most hardworking and dedicated estate agencies that you will find out there. They have been nothing but helpful since we first moved in and are always efficient. As international students, it is often hard to find a good home and a good agency that comes with it - they were relentless in helping us find the perfect accommodation and continue being an invaluable help. We could not be more satisfied with their services and would recommend them to anyone looking for an efficient and trustworthy agency.

We had a seriously tight deadline to get three lads into a property and the staff at Reside managed to turn it around. They were easy to contact, efficient, professional and appeared to actually care. Brilliant service - couldn't fault them.

Reside have been finding tenants for my properties for many years and more recently have also taken over the management role. I have always found them efficient, helpful and friendly and they have always found excellent tenants for my flats. The management is going very smoothly and they keep me informed when any repairs are required and deal with them promptly.
It is good to always be dealing with the same people who have come to understand my approach to looking after the flats. I have confidence that they will keep them in good order.
I can recommend them very highly.

Reside is a wonderful team.
Very polite, quick, kind and respectful.
I had a hard time finding a decent and affordable home for me, reside made it happen easy and quickly. Alina and team are very good and make sure to attend to me even to the slightest issues and work every bit to sort out any tiny to the biggest of breaks, damages or problems when called and spoken to. I am more than happy and satisfied to rent with reside.

They have a great team very professional and fast! We contacted them for a flat in new cross, sadly it was already taken but they came the next day with a list of flats in the area with similar prices. The visit was short and sweet since the apartments we saw were sparkling clean or just about the get worked on. The team is amazing and they are working like crazy to offer the best service they can.

Reside was able to help myself and my flatmates find a lovely house in New Cross. As international students the procedure took a bit longer on our half but throughout the process the Reside team has been very adaptable and understanding of our position.
There was a minor issue with writing the contract but once addressed they were very responsive and managed to fix it instantly! I was very impressed with their work ethic.
Special thanks to Alina and Linda for being very informative, kind and calm throughout this whole process. Would definitely recommend!

was on the phone to an agent and was met with a rude tone throughout, was not helpful in the slightest, felt more like a nonsense than i did a customer. Ive noticed its a common thing with many london agencies are very unprofessional.

Ive rented a flat in New Cross with Reside for the last 5 years. I cant recommend them highly enough. Great communication, any issues or maintenance jobs resolved promptly, was even able to reach them early morning hours of Sunday when my flat keys got stolen and had no replacement. The best agency in London!

I have been renting from this agency for about 2 months. I have minimal experience with renting in London. When first talking via email they seemed to have a 48 hour response to emails on listings, and communication was a hard.
However, upon moving in they have been very helpful, replacing door locks and sending repair man within a day for non-Emergancy fixes. They are more responsive and I’m very pleased with the service. Will continue to update as time goes on but would recommend them!
