Reside have been finding tenants for my properties for many years and more recently have also taken over the management role. I have always found them efficient, helpful and friendly and they have always found excellent tenants for my flats. The management is going very smoothly and they keep me informed when any repairs are required and deal with them promptly. It is good to always be dealing with the same people who have come to understand my approach to looking after the flats. I have confidence that they will keep them in good order. We contacted them for a flat in new cross, sadly it was already taken but they came the next day with a list of flats in the area with similar prices. Reside was able to help myself and my flatmates find a lovely house in New Cross. As international students the procedure took a bit longer on our half but throughout the process the Reside team has been very adaptable and understanding of our position. There was a minor issue with writing the contract but once addressed they were very responsive and managed to fix it instantly! I was very impressed with their work ethic. Ive rented a flat in New Cross with Reside for the last 5 years. I cant recommend them highly enough. Great communication, any issues or maintenance jobs resolved promptly, was even able to reach them early morning hours of Sunday when my flat keys got stolen and had no replacement. I have been renting from this agency for about 2 months. I have minimal experience with renting in London. When first talking via email they seemed to have a 48 hour response to emails on listings, and communication was a hard. However, upon moving in they have been very helpful, replacing door locks and sending repair man within a day for non-Emergancy fixes. They are more responsive and I’m very pleased with the service. I have been using Reside for over 10 years to rent my property in New Cross, specifically dealing with Alina and Beatris who have been there for as long as I can remember. A couple of reasons why I have had a good experience. - They find good tenants, I have never had a singles issue with late or missing rent payments or any periods of no occupancy. - The statements each month provide receipts / evidence of any deductions and the reason. - They always drop me an email when there is a problem stating they went to the property, found the cause, got me quotes and what they recommend. - They are on top of gas and electricity certificates and sort them without me needing to ask. - The tradesman they use seem to be about right price wise and when I have gone and inspected their work seems to be of good quality. I also checked their reviews on line (checkatrade etc) and they all were fairly highly rated. - Low staff turnover, which means I don't need to be dealing with different people each time. - They are a pleasure to deal with and their letting and management rates are very reasonable. I rented a lovely flat from Reside for three years. Throughout that period I had no problems with this agency. Any repairs were promptly fixed, I was given plenty of notice if an inspection was taking place and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I've just moved into a new flat in a different part of London. But I found Reside amazing as the tenancy ended. I was kept updated about viewings and there's been no hassle in getting my full deposit returned. Having rented in London for seven years now, this is definitely the best agency I've encountered and would recommend it to anyone renting in the New Cross area.
