I’ve rented an apartment with Prominence and Mehdi was absolutely amazing and helped with everything from beginning to end. Throughout my tenancy I once got locked out the apartment and he was beyond helpful so I could get back in my flat and asked nothing in return. If I have to move again, Prominence will definitely be my choice and hopefully Mehdi is the one dealing with my flat search/contract etc. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation such as moving home so easy and relaxing. Outstanding. Mehdi has been the lettings manager of our Hove seafront property for 5 years now, and in all that time, he has been responsive, efficient, and transparent. He's kept both us and our tenants happy by maintaining clear, open lines of communication. We've certainly faced some challenges in these years -- with heating, other flats in the building, building management, a sudden Brexit-related departure -- but we've always found a way through, and with good cheer. We feel that he cares for both our flat and our neighbourhood in general. We're so glad we didn't go with a high street firm. With Prominence Property we've gotten service that's as good as anyone else, and with a personal touch. Completely recommend them.... Read more

DREADFUL Would leave zero if possible. What a surreal and frankly shocking experience from Mhedi who flagrantly lied to us when I questioned his insistence we travel in person, through the pandemic, and in the snow, down from London. He tried to then cancel the appointment my father had to see it in person on our behalf, stipulating we were no longer high priority. Then, when I endeavoured to join my father, he cancelled and says it was rented. We discovered this was not the case, got the train down in the pandemic, and took a half day off work to be told within moments of placing an offer the owner did not want us. It was clearly another spurious email from Mhedi who is hell bent on principle not to let to us. Baffling as we have been told by multiple agents we are exactly what landlords are looking for ( professionals with teenage daughter). What a shame he has ripped off the owner too, using his bias and prejudice to act the warlord. Unfortunately Brighton is small and his behaviour will eventually catch up with him and highlight his outrageous behaviour. Treating prospective tenants like they are totally lacking value will ultimately be your downfall. No surprise your books are shrinking! BEWARE AND AVOID.... Read more

Truly excellent service. From the moment I walked into the office on Western Road I was treated with respect and curtesy. I have had awful experiences in the past with multiple agencies who couldn't have made it clearer that they didn't care about me as a tenant or a person. Prominence Property were the complete opposite, I felt valued and they really understood the fact that they were managing somewhere I wanted to, and did, call home; I have never had such an efficient and easy experience.
