Richard, Chris and Demi are the best agents/service I have received in a very long time. Everything was of the highest professional standard. They answered all questions promptly and dealt with any issues that arose, finding solutions to make sure the completion happened (when looking unlikely). Couldn't recommended the team highly enough. They will have my repeat business for a long time!

We've just come through the most protracted and stressful conveyancing process we've ever had to endure, where everything seemed to work against us. But, in terms of estate agent support it was the best we've ever had from the team, including Demi and Richard. Chris's communication style was second to none, with quick responses to emails and plenty of phone calls to keep the process moving - he was absolutely 'on it' with every twist and turn that we encountered. I honestly don't think it was would have got over the line without him holding all of the parties together!
