In a world where letting agents are typically useless, the team at Brices have demonstrated that it IS possible to provide a well functioning letting agency. I was highly impressed and would definitely recommend them
UPDATE: it works out that although the staff are highly pleasant and personable, they are remarkably inept at resolving issues in a timely manner. Just the same as other letting agencies

I had a very good experience with this estate agent and bought my first home through them in Sept 2023. Alex and Sam were a really helpful and knowledgeable team who managed the sale process. What was really useful was their straightforward, transparent approach and in depth knowledge of the local property market, and the experience was more individualised than elsewhere. I found this approach much better to deal with than some of the larger estate agents operating in the area. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve just moved into one of the properties managed by Brices and due to unforeseen circumstances I had to move in a couple of days before the original move-in date. With very short notice, George and the team at Brices worked very hard to make sure this was possible and I could not be more thankful for how accommodating they were. Would definitely recommend them!

Excellent service from all at Brices. They have always been quick to find me tenants and their management service has been great too. Alex recently sold the flat for me and found the perfect buyer within days. They’re all lovely people to deal with and the company has a real family feel to it. Big thumbs up from me.

I strongly recommend Louise, Alex and the whole team at Brices. I have rented through them for some years and recently sold my home through them. They have great local knowledge and excellent relationships with local professionals. This pays dividends in an area with so many listed buildings and quirky properties. When my sale involved some complicated renegotiation Louise was very professional; supportive but also fair. I was very grateful to be in such capable hands at what was a very stressful time.

I have nothing but very positive things to say about Brices. I bought, rented and sold through them! In what was a highly complex sale, Louise was professional and responsive but also really cared on a personal level.
Not many people could have help the sale together but Louise managed to keep everything going.
When I rented the flat through Brices, Alex was thorough and diligent with prospects but also very friendly and lovely to work with.
I would highly recommend Louise, Alex and the whole Brices team!

Engaged in extortion to force my friend and her partner to continue paying rent in full while living in a flat with a dangerous and crumbling kitchen. They were left in rubble for a weeks before anything was done about it, and received zero compensation. And this was long before the pandemic so there’s no excuse. Disgusting.
