We've just come through the most protracted and stressful conveyancing process we've ever had to endure, where everything seemed to work against us. But, in terms of estate agent support it was the best we've ever had from the team, including Demi and Richard. Chris's communication style was second to none, with quick responses to emails and plenty of phone calls to keep the process moving - he was absolutely 'on it' with every twist and turn that we encountered. I honestly don't think it was would have got over the line without him holding all of the parties together!

Chris was excellent throughout the process of buying my first flat.
Due to existing tenants, the sale involved some quite complex negotiations and agreements between multiple parties. There were some tense moments during the negotiation but Chris remained professional and upbeat and was able in the end to deliver on everything he had promised on behalf of the seller.
Chris worked tirelessly to bring a very difficult and complex sale to a conclusion and was always clear in his communication. I'm very grateful to him for his hard work and excellent and personable communication.
I'm especially grateful to Chris because at the last moment, the seller decided to pull out (just before signing contracts) but amazingly Chris was able to bring everybody back to the table to complete the sale after all seemed lost. So a massive big thank you to Chris!

We are very impressed by Phillips and Still. They are fantastic estate agents! Phillips & Still were recommended to us by a friend. The sale of our flat was not straightforward due to lease complications. But both Chris and Richard went above and beyond to help chase people, gather necessary and time-sensitive documentation, as well as keeping us and the buyer up to date every step of the way. If you are thinking of buying or selling in Brighton, go with Phillips and Still! I can't recommend them enough. Chris has been an amazing estate agent, sticking with me through a difficult sale. He is always responsive, on the phone or email and has given great impartial advice throughout the whole process.

Chris at Phillips and Still is currently selling my flat, he has been very efficient and professional in terms of securing the right buyer and navigating round all the hurdles needed to get the sale done. I am not sure many estate agents would go to the lengths and time Chris has, so I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to move.
