Put down a holding deposit for an apartment, working under the reasonable assumption that the place was mine if I passed the reference checks. The letting agent Jonathan neglected to tell me that this was not the case, they’d taken holding deposits from two other people (apparently the company policy is to take “only” 3 holding deposits each time). I passed the reference checks but after 6 days waiting I didn’t get the place. They also provided little to no information throughout the process. Worst letting agents I’ve ever dealt with (and I’ve had some bad ones). Avoid if you can.

Kamil did an excellent job from start to finish. As a first time buyer I was a bit lost but I was in excellent hands. We had a super aggressive timeline but Kamil kept things moving on both sides. Property Inc exceeded my expectations of estate agents, especially Jamil and Jonathan!
My old property was on the market with a large, well known chain who weren't being proactive to get viewings in. When I found the new property I wanted to buy listed with Property Inc, Jamil offered to take on selling my old property too, to help put me in the best position of securing the new property. Immediately, I had lots more interest and viewings on my old property, and a sale was agreed.
Despite the new property having interest from multiple parties, including chain free first time buyers and people offering higher, Jamil helped assure the seller that I was a serious buyer, and the benefits of them managing the chain with my sale and purchase together to avoid issues, and the purchase was agreed.
Jonathan was responsive throughout and helpful chasing my slow solicitor.

If you're looking for an agent who'll be on your side and fight the battles along the way that can be challenging look no further Special mention to Jonathan Aduhene. Whereas other estate agents inflated the market price on the outset to encourage my business, Jamil gave an honest appraisal on the outset, and we reviewed and adjusted the offer according to the market. We listed our property for sale with Property Inc in Turnpike Lane North London and also put an offer in for a property which was not even officially on the market but through intimate local knowledge, they were aware the owner would have entertained an offer.
Jamil of Property Inc worked tirelessly throughout the entire transaction managing to get over 14 viewers through our front door culminating with an acceptable offer. It was unfortunate that the chain fell through with the house we wanted being pulled off the market last minute.
This did not deter Property Inc in the slightest and it was not too long before they had another buyer for our house at a better price than previous. Fortunately we had also made an offer which had been accepted on another house.
A few weeks prior to exchange our buyer lost theirs putting the entire chain in jeopardy once more. Fortunately Jamil stepped in and marketed our buyers flat only to secure a chain free purchase within 72 hours with a 28 day exchange period.
I have nothing but praise for this outfit. They are not only proactive and professional but are now considered our family friends after all they have done to get us into our dream home.
Superlative in every aspect of service and performance and leave their piers behind in every way.
Jamil was a sincere pleasure to deal with and has smashed my perception of what an estate agent is about at a time when others only reinforced the stereotype.

Property Inc sold my property even though I was abroad for a while. They looked after my property and kept me informed on any progress via email and telephone . I didn't have a clue about the legal process and Sagar, Kamil and Jamil guided me patiently through the whole process. I was pleased with their professional service .Their office is just outside Turnpike Lane Tube station so it is conveniently located and the team is friendly with a positive attitude. This is not a fake review...I found out about Property Inc via a construction contractor and when I walked in I was really pleasantly surprised by how hospitable, pleasant and service oriented Sagar, partner and team were. I'll be honest and say that first I went with a more established agency anyway first but I soon regretted it.... So I came back to Property Inc and it's been smooth sailing from there. Excellent and quality work! Super professional, responsive, great attitude, take care of business mentality and knowledgeable . Even months later the service level hasn't dropped. To top it off, their office is really stylish and cozy whenever you come in they offer you something to drink. Always a great experience.
