I've been with Star Estates for four years and couldn't be happier. The agents were incredibly helpful, and I was very happy living with them. It was the only agency I found that was pet-friendly, and I never had any issues with my dog. The staff, Evita and Andreas, were always there to help and make life easier. I would definitely go back.

They managed my properties for 5 years and we're great and didn't charge high fees whilst maintaining the properties, I dealt with Nick and Nev mainly highly recommend.

I've had the pleasure of being a tenant under Star Estates care for the past decade, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Throughout the years, nothing has ever been too much trouble for them. Whenever I've encountered maintenance issues, they've been swift to respond, often resolving them within 24 hours. Their dedication to ensuring the comfort and well-being of their tenants is truly commendable. Thank you to the office staff Nick, Andy, Nev and not forgetting the maintenance man Memhet who always ensured my issues in house were fixed properly. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a reliable and attentive landlord.

I lived in a property managed by star estates for three years and had a very positive experience. Any issues were dealt with professionally and very quickly, it was always a pleasure to speak to the reps and I felt so supported as a tenant. Kind, fast and efficient. Flat was well maintained during my tenancy and they made moving in and moving out east and stress free.

I recommend star estate agency to anyone looking to move homes in London. I have rented from them for the past two years in a very nice house and it was a very smooth and comfortable process with no issues.
Whenever we had a problem with the house, Nev was great help throughout and would arrange all issues to be fixed immediately. Very good communication.

Appalling and extremely unprofessional service from top to bottom. The workers they send to complete 'repairs' are incompetent, unable to carry out basic jobs to even a satisfactory standard. However the worst is the attitude of the staff in the office. They are extremely rude, aggressive and patronising, particularly to women or anyone they perceive to be vulnerable. Andy is a prolific offender. I would not give them a paper bag to manage, let alone a flat or a tenancy agreement. Avoid at all costs.

Have been renting a flat for almost 4 years with them and have no complaints. Boiler issues were dealt with efficiently, deposit returned with no issues. Nev is friendly and professional, others might be a bit dismissive sometimes. All in all - decent agency.

Extremely unprofessional. I have my property listed and for sale and looking for a 4 bed in the N8 postcode so thought this agent to have local knowledge and walked in.
There was about 8 people inside, not one of which was doing anything other than some office banter between the cleaner and a lady at the back. I stood in front of a man seated at the front desk who couldn't even be bothered to raise his head to acknowledge me.
After 30 seconds he looked up and I asked if I could speak to someone regarding sales. He asked me to sit down after eluding to himself being an appropriate staff member.
Suddenly the phone rung, he picked it up and started a lengthy conversation with what was clearly not a member of the public as he was saying things like "They are not stupid. They have their own accountants"
He carried on speaking very slowly with no urgency whatsoever and no consideration for myself. After 5 mins of what was evidently going to be a lengthy conversationI interrupted to ask him if anyone else could help and he asked an older member of staff to look after me.
This man was too busy playing with a toddler who was waiting on a chair and after what seemed to be a 20 second pause reluctantly beckoned me over to sit down.
No thank you. If that's the level of professionalism and care they are capable of, I would never trust them with the most important and stressful transaction of my life.
Use your own judgement but better to avoid.

A close friend seems to have quite a negative experience with the service.
Would not be recommended unless a drastic service improvement.

Star Lettings is the worst Letting agent and Landlords I can think of in this country. They do not care about the Tenants and the property. They do not repair the property. They abuse and threaten tenants to leave if asked for any repair work. The staff are very very very rude!!!! Avoid this letting agent at any means!!!!! If there was any thing below 1 Star I will give them that. They do not deserve any Star at all.

Star Lettings need to seriously improve their services for existing clients, as it is extremely poor. Their response to clients' needs is very slow. I have been waiting for nearly a year now for them to undertake some work in the property. I have given up hope and decided that the only way I can express my feelings is to write a review. Hope it'll make them realise their mistakes and help them to treat their clients as humans.
I will wait for their response and if it's positive then I'll write a second review and might add more stars. But right now in my opinion star estate does not deserve any stars at all.

The worst and most unprofessional estate agents I have ever come across. The lettings agent, Nick is extremely rude and unhelpful. There were several issues with the house that we rented for a year- damp, leaks, problems with the boiler which took several months to resolve at any time. Avoid this company at all costs.
