There have not been many occasions when I am able to give a review of this kind owing to the lack of service which I have received from several estate agents in the past.
From the moment of our meeting Kay Meshkin-Pour impressed me by his straightforward manner and empathetic approach. No question was ever glossed over and his answers always rang true without the need for false promises which are often the stock in trade of many in this industry. I was never made to feel pressured into making a quick decision without discussing the matter thoroughly. I consider myself to be fortunate to have had the services of Garrison Estates and cannot recommend them highly enough. They were kind, considerate and compassionate and helped me at 82 years of age, find a home for me close to my daughter, quickly and with minimal drama and for that I am extremely grateful.

I have worked with Kay before who was brilliant when we bought our property so it was a natural move to follow him to Garrison Estates when the time came to sell our house. We were allocated Natalie instead and we had a very positive experience with her too. She advised us sensibly from the beginning, organised some impressive photos of the house and generally marketed the property really well. She was very good at warning us about viewings - she is a great communicator and very easy to get hold of too. We were able to accept an offer after only 2 weeks so the process was made quite painless. She was always happy to answer my questions and provide support in what could've easily been a stressful process of selling and buying a property. Natalie seemed to have a good relationship with the buyers which made negotiation easier and she was always quick to sort out any issues. I would thoroughly recommend using one of the smaller players in this market because of the care and attention they provide and I wouldn't hesitate to use Garrison Estates again, they are a very professional outfit who appears to place great emphasis on care for the individual customer.

I worked with David Cudd at Garrison Estates for over six months on the purchase of a new build outside of London and he was efficient, friendly and communicative throughout the whole process!!! What a bitter sweet experience it has been with our home in London as we had made so many sweet memories there.

Just completed my sale with Garrison Estates and the fantastic Kay Meshkin-Pour.
I bought the property through Kay 10 years ago and had such a good experience, of course I engaged him for my sale also.
Cannot recommend Garrison and Kay enough. A service is provided on every level which makes other agencies look amateur.
Care and attention are paid throughout, a fact that can be seen by just going to the beautiful office on Salisbury road. I find it remarkably surprising that other agencies do not seem to care about appearances at all, and resemble boiler rooms more than places where the highest value assets are sold and bought.
Garrison are a cut above, a different animal.
All aspects of the process of both buying and selling has been handled by Kay faultlessly.
You won't be disappointed. 10/10.

Just sold my flat through David Cudd at Garrison Estates. Without doubt the best Estate Agent I have ever dealt with. Not only did he achieve a higher price than other agents could a couple of years ago in a market that is worse than it was two years ago but he delivered the most sensational customer service experience. I was pretty much kept updated on a daily basis, over the phone and over text. He prepared a lovely brochure with very high quality photos. As with all sales, the process had its ups and downs but he knew exactly what was required of him in every different scenario. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, proactive, diligent and has the most fantastic demeanour. He carried out viewings well past working hours, including late on a Saturday afternoon and there was one particular scenario where in particular he couldn't have gone further outside what was required of him for absolutely no financial gain, which is the epitome of excellent customer service. I couldn't recommend him highly enough, he is a the fantastic agent and an absolute MUST use.

I recently had the pleasure to work with Natalie, she was communicative during the whole process and extremely helpful.
I let her know my requirements and price range and she provided several options right away.
We set up a virtual tour as I was still in the US, and I found a flat within a week. The application process was smooth and my short term stay was a little more complicated but we communicated regularly and move-in day was smooth.
She met me at the flat, provided keys, gave an in-person tour and touched bases again after moving in.

We had a pleasure of buying the house through Kay and Garrison Estates in July 2024. When we met Kay, we have already been looking for 10 months , seen 40+ properties and met multiple agents and agencies.
Kay immediately stood out as he was honest, not exerting any pressure and giving us plenty of time to decide and make our minds.

It was excellent to work with her - it truly felt like she was in our corner every step of the way. She was on it with co-ordinating us, buyers, both buy and sellside solicitors, freeholders and their solicitors - she made our life tons easier by being great at following everyone up, and keeping everyone in the process clued up. She kept transaction timelines from slipping.
She was also a delight to work with, and very approachable with all the questions we had.
Love that when we signed with Garrison, we had a whatsapp group set up with Nat, so things were always communicated quickly and easily.

I cannot recommend Garrison Estates highly enough. I have known Kay since he sold me my family home 14 years ago. He was brilliant then, so I had no hesitation in instructing him for the rental of my flat in Kensal Green, especially knowing the innovative approach Garrison Estates take and their success rate. Right from the start, Kay and Natalie were fantastic. The marketing materials were first-rate and they were always on-hand to provide useful and honest feedback as I prepared the property for market. They worked tirelessly throughout the process and were always positive and energetic on the phone and in other communications. It's so refreshing to work with genuinely nice human beings and I always felt l was receiving a personal, individual service (which knowing how many other properties they were dealing with at the same time was quite something!). They have first class knowledge of the Kensal Rise/Kensal Green market and area. Natalie handled a large number of viewings and the property was let quickly and with no hassle to me whatsoever. If I could describe in one word our experience working with Garrison Estates (and Kay, in particular), it would be PERFECT. From the first interaction my wife, Abi, had with him via email, to our viewing the property, submitting our offer, going through the profile checks, and moving in, he was super helpful and warm.
I came back to edit this and say, although the experience during the rental process was great, the support subsequent to that has been less than ideal. As first time renters in the UK, we have been provided with little or no information to make decisions regarding electricity and gas suppliers, which we expected would have been shared at the start. There have been issues with the apartment, and when these come up, the first response is to ask if we did something wrong; nothing is ever an emergency for them (unless the house is on fire); overall the post-rental experience has been poor.
We hope this improves as we're currently locked into a 1-year contract.

Garrison Estates have successfully sold the majority of the units in our latest development. This was as a direct result of David’s hard work from day 1 until the sale of the final unit. He was quick to gain a wholistic understanding of the unit offering and the building as a whole, including understanding the technical information on the specification (heat pumps for heating and hot water, wooden flooring specs, kitchen brand and quality etc etc) and as a result he was able to answer all questions from prospective buyers.

On September 2020, my flatmate and I, saw an apartment that we liked on Zoopla and we messaged for a viewing. David, contacted us the very next day and arranged the viewing the same day. He knew the property very well and answered all of our questions promptly. When we decided to place an offer, he was super helpful and guided us through the process.
Even after we paid the holding deposit and signed the contracts, he contacted us for a followup, to ensure that we are happy. I am renting in London the past 3 years and this has been the smoothest experience I have ever had, with any lettings agent so far, well done!

Our family moved from Brazil to London last month. We are very satisfied with our settling in London.
Mr. Kay Meshkin-Pour's support in the process was decisive in the success of this process. Keeping in mind we had to consider location, budget, school for 3 kids, divergent preferences of a family of 5, and limited knowledge of neighbourhoods, it is clear this is not an easy decision making process.
Now factor Covid-19 chaotic scenario, the fact that we were in Brazil hence not able to visit in person, and that this was accomplished in less than 2 months, then one estimates how significant Mr. Meshkin-Pour's guidance was.
Always responsive, he had patience to the constant change of our minds through various boroughs and property styles, respectful to our revisions of budget, yet assertive enough when necessary to avoid us making bad decisions or wasting our time.
