We felt that we got a poor service and went to an alternative agent who better met our needs and were less full of bravado.

Look at the photos to see what “professionally clean standard” looks like according to Knight Frank. Moving into your new £5k / month home should be such a wonderful moment. Instead, Knight Frank have denied our contractual right to move into a clean home and not a total horror show. External contractors falsely report “PROFESSIONALLY clean condition” when compiling their “check-in report”. When dealing with this, KF have provided long email delays, delaying dealing with any conversation about clean-up by over a week. Extremely vague replies, totally stalling. Total denial of responsibility because we had “viewed” the property (where these issues were hidden.) It’s listed as our contractual right to move into a clean home with clean soft furnishings and upholstery. Despite repeated requests, Knight Frank offered no advice on what happens when tenants see discrepancies in the check-in report, or recourse for disputes - red flag no. 3. Filthy floors, windows, carpets, and extensive water damage to paint which apparently won’t be seen to by Knight Frank or the Landlord so we can actually move in. We’re paying 5k / month for 2 weeks already, and have paid £30k upfront, for this “service.” Avoid this lettings agent for fair and legal treatment. Remedy this for this review to be taken down. Tenants: Avoid Knight Frank for your contractual rights to be honoured and your estate agent to make sure basic standards are upheld.

I worked with James at Knight Frank Queens Park on my new flat. We made the offer at the start of February and exchanged at the end of March. It was quick and seamless. I met James once and he immediately knew what I was looking for and found me a place I loved very quickly. I made an offer a few days later and he did everything to get it accepted and it did. James allowed me to view the flat multiple times in the lead up to the exchange so I had lots of time to do measurements and show friends and family the flat. Overall a 5 star experience and will be recommending them to friends as well as using them again if I need to sell in the future.

Soroush has demonstrated most astute understanding of ins and outs of the business, market knowledge, professionalism, efficiency and extensive experience. However, what struck me and my young family even more (in a stressful period of selling and buying a new home) was his genuine kindness, empathetic nature, most wise council and sincerity that has made all the difference! My wife and I decided to put our house on the market through knight frank as we had heard they were the best in the Queen’s Park/Kensal rise area.
I was initially concerned about them taking a higher cut compared to some of the smaller local agents, but in hindsight it was worth every penny and more.
The team are extremely professional and polite, and are very un intrusive when conducting viewings. This was so key given we are in times of Covid and I was working from home throughout all the viewings.
The fact that they achieved an exceptional price was the icing on the cake.
The whole process was smooth and easy, and Marc in particular did sterling work throughout.
I can whole heartedly advise anyone selling in this area to use these agents.
