Terrible estate agents. Made mine and my housemates stay at our house an awful experience. We were rushed into the house when the house wasn't finished, resulting in a very dirty house and many features of the house not working. We never met the landlord and only dealt with the property manager who was incredibly awkward at best to deal with. We had a major plumbing problem 2 months into our stay. Toilet waste started coming out of our kitchen sink downstairs. We emailed and phoned to say that this was happening but no one believed us. We continued to contact them asking them to come round and fix it. They carried on ignoring but eventually came round to inspect and finally realised how bad it was. We stated that it was against the health and safety laws for tenants that the plumbing was so bad and dangerous and the property manager threatened to kick us out if we reported it. We lived on a row of 4 houses and knew 2 of the other houses very well and we didn't have the worst experience. ... Read more
