I recently purchased a property through Richard Kendells in Normanton and I have to say that they were wonderful to deal with. This is my first home, so Alison always kept in contact with updates, chased things up with solicitors and the vendors and guided me as to the next steps to take place. Can't thank you enough. Would definitely recommend Richard Kendalls estate agents to everyone and if I ever want to move, I know just who I want to manage the sale.

Selling my house through Richard Kendall was a great move. Amanda at the Pontefract office was there for me every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to handle my sale. She did a fantastic job with the communication between me and the buyer and always pushed the solicitors for updates. My sale wasn’t as straight forward as any of us had hoped but Amanda didn’t let that phase her. Her professional and friendly support continued though-out the whole process.
I’d highly recommend Richard Kendall.

We recently completed the purchase of our new home with Amanda at Richard Kendall. It was a really lengthy and stressful process due to our buyers pulling out at the very last minute and causing us significant delays in the chain, but Amanda held everything together at her end to ensure we were able to keep our dream home and not loose it. She was fantastic at keeping us updated, and also chasing solicitors when needed as we all know they don't rush. I would highly recommend Amanda, thank you so much again x

They seem to keep calling me and then not speaking? Not very professional. There is no need to call me either, especially as the agency was not very helpful when I was trying to buy my first house several years ago.

Amanda who runs Richard Kandall office, she has helped and guided me through out the ups and down of our house sales. We had issues, like waves in the ocean, just like waves submerging into the ocean, she just did that creating that calm and no stress felt at my end. Extremely happy to let Richard Kandall staff handle sale. Truly professional, I recommend without any hesitation.

A good friend recomended Richard Kendal as a reliable and proffessional company, this was entirely validated through the excellent service I experienced from their Pontefract branch.
Amanda Dyson who coordinated the presentation and sale of my home, kept me well informed with information and updates throughout the process, being reassuring and professional at all times.
Viewings came quickly and in less than two months a sale was agreed, completion also following in good time.

Just want to say thanks to Amanda, Kelly and everyone at Richard Kendall for their great service. I have sold my property to my tenants who were first time buyers. I felt I could always get in touch with the office and get an update from Amanda. So as well as the great service at a good price this made the process easier. I would not hesitate to use Richard Kendall again in the future.
