we will be starting the legal case against Rachel Kendall estate agent a very dreadful agency that discriminate against people on benefits and discriminating because someone's autistic they will have my lawyers to answer to why I viewed 7 properties and every single one of their properties are viewed every single time the landlord comes back and don't want you because you're on benefits now, the problem with that is is discrimination because someone's autistic I will be taking legal action I think you're. Company I think you need to understand what you're doing is discrimination, it's highly discrimination against someone's autistic. And I will start the legal process and it is going to happen and you can display to my lawyers why your company discriminates against people and benefits you are disgusting, you're only like people working. And I will be asking you to court and I will I will take this further.you can go in front of a judge and explain to the judge why you're discriminating people on benefits and against someone who's autistic. But now I have to go and look for another property, thank you you're a nasty company. And see what happens next when the legal case starts to happen. Do you not like people and many others only like people working? You make me sick to my bloodgot serious problems with my landlord and this is the way you treat people and benefits. I am going to sue you and I'm going to sue the landlord.avoid this company will cost a facilitated they do not like people on benefits and they will not take you one the only one working people and they told their landlords to only take working people on

Fantastic service from Karen Marijewko from start to finish. She was friendly, helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Communication was always clear and responsive, and she made everything feel straightforward.<br><br>Really appreciate all her help and would definitely recommend.

They have gone above & beyond and really are a fantastic team

I would give 0 star if I could. I am really not happy with the service provided by Karen Dawson. I don't feel valued as a customer, the way she dealt with our process of buying a house was not professional and very confusing. I would never recommend this agency for any of my friends and I will not be buying a house with them.

Just terrible from start to finish…I haven’t got time to list everything but we would never recommend Richard Kendall’s to anyone
Communication was terrible…6 months of our lives we’ll never get back,waste of time and money ????????????
