Abysmal accompanied viewings service<br><br>For an agency that markets itself as "local and reputable", Richard Kendall's accompanied viewing service is shocking.<br><br>Viewings are outsourced to a tiny, poorly informed team with terrible availability (buyers are normally expected to book over a week in advance for a viewing and can't even get weekday evenings), meaning I had to conduct nearly all viewings myself. On the rare occasions they can attend, they know nothing about the property, which Richard Kendall seem to think is perfectly normal. Saying "we're really busy" is not an explanation - it's an admission they can't deliver the service being paid for by the seller. I might as well have been using an online agency. When someone wants to view, you don't want them being told to wait, you want them to be able to see your property ASAP to maximize sale chances.<br><br>For when you're doing an "open to view" at the weekend? Yeah, you have to do that all yourself too... take people's names/details, show them round, etc. Basically do their job for them. None of their agents will help you then, either.
