Amanda of Richard Kendall Was thorough ,empathetic and on the ball .
Amanda made what could be perceived has stressful very manageable .A lovely lady who was enthusiastically helpful to all parties without prejudice. Iam glad we chose Richard Kendall and had Amanda as our first port of call

Karen Marijewko went above and beyond to keep us in the loop at all times when buying our new property, and I truly believe she had our best interests at heart throughout the entire process. In hindsight, we wish we had sold our property with Richard Kendall, but we had already signed a contract with a different one. We are now living in our dream home, and I have to keep pinching myself!

They have gone above & beyond and really are a fantastic team
Mandy my personal negotiator is a lovely lady!!
Very kind, patient & helpful
She has regularly updated me with the progress of my sale & her advice & wisdom is second to none
Overall a very positive experience
I would & have recommended Richard Kendall, to other people

Very unhelpful staff (at least the woman I talked to).
0 willingness to help.. I went in asking what properties they had in the area with certain criteria and she replied: I can't do anything for you, you need to go through checks and referencing then I'll add you to a mailing list.
Why do you even have an office.

I would give 0 star if I could. I am really not happy with the service provided by Karen Dawson. I don't feel valued as a customer, the way she dealt with our process of buying a house was not professional and very confusing. I would never recommend this agency for any of my friends and I will not be buying a house with them.
