The property that Alannah manages on our behalf has not proved the easiest, and it generates only a small margin for Richard Kendall, but she has treated us as attentively as you might expect for a property worth 10x the amount. Very professional and efficient. I'd recommend both her and the firm.

We chose Richard Kendall as we had used them in the past. We did get a couple of other quotes but they were more expensive. Our property consultant Emily Dunbar was brilliant. She was always available when we had any questions. She phoned us every week with an update even if there was nothing to report, so we were never left wondering what was happening. She really did make it a painless process. Would definitely recommend.

ALL the staff at Richard Kendall, have been kind, helpful & courteous
They have gone above & beyond and really are a fantastic team

I would give 0 star if I could. I am really not happy with the service provided by Karen Dawson. I don't feel valued as a customer, the way she dealt with our process of buying a house was not professional and very confusing. I would never recommend this agency for any of my friends and I will not be buying a house with them.
