I had my property on the market with them for 6.5 months not one viewing, lowered the house price after 4months by 15k on recommendation via Kendalls saying they'd sell quickly. Ha ???????? jokes. Very poor in communication always chasing them. Not interested springs to mind.
Now 2024 new year new agent who's self employed been on with him from the 15th January and had 4 viewings this week alone X1 put a offer in.
So thanks Richard Kendall for wasting my time2023
Advice to anyone who's looking to sell, keep local and do plenty research into who's going to do the job correctly for you at the right price.
