I’ve been working with Rochester place now for 3 years. I have nothing bad to say about them at all! Communication levels are second to no one.
Abdul and Imrans knowledge is very valuable to who ever asks them for advice. You can tell they have been in the industry for a long time.
Reece manages to find tenants surprisingly fast and often with short voids.

What can I say? Rochester place has been responsive, helpful and on point throughout my property application. Everyone involved was great, from the viewing with Reece, excellent knowledge of surroundings and quick with getting my offer agreed. To Asmita who dealt with the admin side of things.

Really impressive service. Anna and Imran were helpful from the start to end of the conveyance process and it was very clear that they cared about all parties involved, especially their tenants and vendor. Would definitely recommend them as an estate agent (either for sales or lettings)

Working with the Rochester Place was an absolute delight, i have been in a flat these guys manage since 2021. Responsive, efficient, and on the ball.
Enough said really - Abdul was the main point of contact and managed us very well the entire time. Issues were resolved same day if he could do so.
Recommended these guys to a few friends now too.

"My experience with Rochester Place has been nothing than perfect - the staff are tentative and have a lot of knowledge which can cater for all.
The rental process has been as seamless as it can get from the minute I secured the property, I knew what to expect from the whole process. Reece was Efficient and easy to ask any necessary questions too, Asmita is well organise with everything, Abdul and Imran are just top professionals.
