I was a tenant for 2 years (2022-2024) at a 1 bedroom apartment in Hudson Apartments, Chadwell Lane, Hornsey/Woodgreen, through Rochester Place. I was in contact with Abdul, Imran, Reece and Asmita throughout different stages of the process. I had a very good experience from the get go, with all the details and information provided (for example, a friend of mine was able to go in my place for an initial visit to the apartment, and make a video to share with me). They were also very helpful in addressing any issues (for example, I recall that there was an issue with the initial deposit, which was able to be solved in person, the very day I was moving in). After that, they were always very quick to respond to any emails that I sent, and were very helpful. Would definitely recomend renting through Rochester Place.... Read more

Having had a few bad experiences with estate agents we asked Anna and Imran to take on our flat for sale and they were AMAZING. The best estate agents we have ever dealt with hands down. Anna took the time to really understand our situation and whilst another agent had taken months to get an offer on the flat Anna secured one (at asking price) within a couple of weeks, I believe because she really took her time also to understand the prospective buyers and what they were looking for.
