Kingsclere office, firstly they called to change who was coming round to value the property and also changed the time of the appointment. When the man came, he was here less than 10 minutes, he seemed disinterested and did not give me a valuation. He told me he would go back to the office and look at other properties in the area to get an idea and ring me back, over 24 hours later no call. Appaling service, glad I found out what they are like as I was going to put my house on market with them.... Read more
