We decided to relist with Parkers and they were able to get us 2 offers on our house within a few weeks. We were then able to find our new home quickly, and was able to complete on our purchase and sale within 4 months of agreeing on the sale. Emma and Marion at Parkers have both been very helpful - as first time buyers the whole buying process is a bit of a mind-field and they both really helped to keep it simple for us. Emma kept us in the loop continuously and responded to any queries we had in a very timely manor which was great!
