We had a great experience selling our home with Ewemove. We picked them because of their market knowledge and honest appraisal of our house - we had confidence they would be able to sell it with minimum fuss. The sale materials were well presented and we secured multiple offers on our house within a short period on the market. EweMove came highly recommended from my sister after she bought her home from them, therefore we used James and Craig to sell our house and purchase our new home.
Craig explained the selling process faultlessly, didn't pressure us and made us feel very confident in their delivery.
Sure enough, with professional photos and a virtual walkaround sorted, the first weekend of selling saw us with offers.
Luckily, our onward purchase was also through EweMove, with James showing us around the property.
James was professional, and well versed in the house and the surrounding area.
During the process, EweMove were readily available to solve any bumps, and assigned us a team of 'chasers' to move the solicitors along.

After what seemed like the longest conveyance process ever, we finally moved at the end of August. I honestly don't think that we would have moved at all if it hadn't been for Craig at Ewemove! Having consulted Ewemove, we were happy that Craig was the right person to act for us. He was knowledgeable, honest and professional at all times, but he excelled when it came to communication. I purchased a property that EweMove had for sale.
Previously I had been let down by another estate agent on a property in Wokingham. 12 weeks down the line I still had no confirmation of solicitor and then the seller pulled out!
Moving onto this purchase....
Found this house after having a number of disapointing viewings that day.
Dropped a line to show my interest.
Craig called me on a Sunday and we had a chat and arranged a viewing for the Monday. Yes, on a Sunday!
Viewed the house and made an offer there and then.
Couple of negotiations and sale was confirmed.
5 weeks ish from start to completion, I have moved in.
Still losing stuff in the kitchen because it is so big!

We moved in June 2024 with the help of James from Ewe Move Tadley and I simply cannot emphasise enough how brilliant he was throughout our whole experience.
We had various estate agents come to value our house and out of all of them, James spent the most time with us and helped explain the whole process. We didn’t feel like just a number or a commission, but real people about to enter the world of moving. James spent 2 hours with us discussing what was going on in the housing market, the sales they’ve made recently and even explaining how the house buying process works. The valuation was fare and competitive too.
The photos taken of the house are of such high quality which is so important when selling your house. We also had a 3D tour of the house available as well. Overall 10/10 for marketing.
It did take a while to receive an offer however I put this down to putting our house on the market in November 2023. By mid January we had an offer.
Then the wait whilst the solicitors did their thing. James was available pretty much whenever we needed him. Which was a lot because I’m a worrier and moving house is so stressful. James made it so much easier and was able to calm our frustrations. Some aspects of our sale were hard to swallow. And costly. But James was able to help our perspective shift from “why the fudge did we even bother?” To “yep. We’re doing it! This is ok. We will be ok!”
5 months later and our moving date finally arrived. James helped us throughout the whole journey and we couldn’t be more thankful. We have our dream home and that wouldn’t have been possible without Ewe Move.

I am so happy we chose EweMove, after a fair amount of research, as they proved to be excellent in every respect. We dealt with Craig throughout, who explained and confirmed their ethos and approach, and agreed a sensible strategy for the sale of my deceased parents long term home. We signed up, agreed expectations, timelines and approach for the solid but rather cosmetically dated property. Craig quickly arranged for professional photography, a fair and honest description of the house and grounds, and posted these with the major online players. He quickly met with prospective buyers, giving good insights into the advantages of the property and objectively assessed each buyers interest and capacities. Throughout this time, his 2 way communication was excellent, enabling us to reach a shortlist of likely purchasers and identifying a full price offer that was best placed to complete. Craig continued to handhold and communicate throughout the legal and financial minefields, providing sage insight to all parties, and helping to facilitate a very smooth process through to exchange and same day completion. I cannot recommend highly enough, as Craig more than met my hopes and expectations of a truly professional service. If all estate agents were like this then their generally bad reputation would end overnight…….and comedians would lose a whole avenue of material! Can highly recommend this estate agency, having dealt with plenty of average estate agents in the past, selling via Ewemove has been a refreshing change.
From the outset, Craig and the Ewemove team were fast, efficient and most importantly, honest, in organising the valuation, marketing materials and viewings.
The house was sold the day after the first viewings, and Craig regularly updated us on the chain progress, and any temporary issues, really good communication.

We chose Ewemove to help sell our house in Baughurst as there was no hard sell from the start. We were also pleased with the no sale, no fee arrangements. (Ask Ewemove for the finer details)
Craig was a real gentleman giving us everything we needed to know from the start and took our sceptical questions in his stride.
In our opinion, Craig is a genuine and honest estate agent. He acted on everything he agreed and kept us up to date every step of the way.

In August 2021 a house came on the market that we fell in love with so I got in touch with Craig at Ewemove to see how quickly he could sell ours. Within 2 days, the house was valued, photos taken and was live on Rightmove. Craig arranged 4 viewings for the weekend and within 72 hours of our house being on the market we had 2 offers. Unfortunately the house we fell in love with fell through (with another estate agent) but we knew it was the right time to move so our search began! Craig was really helpful in helping us find our dream home and in November 2021 we had an offer accepted on a property. Due to a complex chain we weren't able to move until May. Craig is very experienced and professional but also personable and friendly making you feel at ease and like he's been your friend for years! He kept us informed with the complexity's that arose further up the chain which helped with our stress levels! I highly recommend Craig and would use Ewemove again in a heartbeat if we ever decide to move again.

Estate Agency the way it should be.
From the start, James told it as he saw it and with his wealth of experience, we were grateful to benefit from his advice.
Because the seller isn't tied in for three months with Ewemove, their whole approach is to get the property sold in short order advertising at a price that attracts attention instead of over pricing to gain the business, then recommending reductions to get the sale through.
This created a lot of interest in our property resulting in a number of offers 10k over the "recommended" price and a completed sale at 40k over the "recommended" price.
We were grateful to be dealing with an honest agent who was with us from start to finish and was always available and who kept us updated.
So Thank you James, it's no fluke that you are successful, you are just giving people what they want, honesty, integrity and timely communication.

Although James Cramp at EweMove Tadley wasn’t working for us and was selling the property we purchased, he provided us with an excellent service. Despite the obvious Covid related issues and delays he always kept us updated as far as was possible with what turned out to be realistic dates and deadlines.
He was polite efficient friendly and professional.
We really appreciated the service he provided.
There is no doubt that if we can ever face buying a ticket on the house moving merry go round again we would employ James at EweMove as the ring master.

Our experience was amazing, the property went live around 16:30 on a Friday afternoon, we received a call from James around 19:00 the same evening letting us know we had 4 viewings booked for the next day, one of which had already indicated they wanted to make an offer. Offer accepted on the Saturday. We completed on the deal today, which was around 7 weeks.
James made a great recommendation on lawyers who also provided a very professional service.

The first house I purchased was through this company. I had James first tour me through the home and he was my point of call the entire way through. I started the purchase just before the UK went into lockdown, but I was still able to contact James regularly, and he would always contact me that day or the day after with all questions I had answers. I had a very good experience with this company and had a very smooth house purchase from the estate agent side (not from solicitor side). All in all I cannot really fault anything. Even at the end I got a bottle of wine and congratulations which was nice from James at the house.

James at EweMove has been excellent throughout what turned out to be - through no fault of his own - a difficult move during Brexit doubts and the COVID-19 pandemic.
James has been on hand literally 7 days a week to offer advice when needed, make suggestions when asked and be accommodating to all sorts of demands. Let's just say our seller was 'forthright', but James negotiated his commitments to both his seller and us as buyers tactfully, transparently and honestly. At no time throughout the whole process did we feel that James and EweMove had anything but our own interests at heart.
Some Estate Agents get a bad press, and no doubt some of it is deserved, but we've invited James back for a drink once we get settled - and I'd say that speaks volumes for his and EweMove's service. I couldn't give a higher recommendation.

After a recommendation I contacted Ewemove and spoke to James asking for help and advise to sell my property. He came on friday 15th May and gave information and sugested a goodnprice that he thought would sell my house.
On Saturday 16th May James came to take details, photographs and a video. From conversations i had with him he was putting my house on there website on Sunday 17th May and it would go live on monday 18th May.
On Monday Morning James contacted me to advise that 2 people wanted to view that evening.with him to show them around. On Tuesday 19th May James arranged for another viewing in the afternoon.Within 2 days i had 2 offers on my house and sold for the asking price. I was very pleased and shocked in a way that it happened so quickly.
When James did all the viewings he followed social distancing and disinfected after every visit.
I can't thank James and the team at EweMove for all their help and continued advise. I have bought and sold a few properties in my lifetime but have never felt so comfortable and confident with other Estate Agents.

We chose James Cramp to sell our house out of 5 local estate agents because of his expertise and personable manner. Knowing that he would be the only person showing prospective buyers around our house was an added bonus because we knew that every viewing would be done well.
He was very responsive to any questions that we had and always gave us feedback as soon as possible after each viewing. He kept us updated on each prospective buyer and when we had an offer, he gave us excellent advice which helped us to secure a good price for our house.
Additionally, as we have been viewing houses to buy, he has spent time doing research and giving us his opinion on what the house is worth and guidance on offering.
