If I could give 0 stars, I would. I opted to withdraw my offer on a property despite being so over the moon it was accepted and loving the house. So sorry to the seller, but it was not worth risking my mental health in dealing with an abrupt, pompous individual. Didn’t even acknowledge my email, though unsurprising given the communication thus far! Shame Rightmove doesn’t allow you to filter out agents!

Utterly pathetic experience trying to rent a flat. Three weeks of trying to view the flat, the viewings either being cancelled last minute or the letting agent simply not turning up. During this time, I made over thirty phone calls to the agents as they would regularly not phone me back when they said they would. After all of this, the landlord went with somebody else. Don't bother with them.

Seems to be permanently closed. Called an alternate branch who were extremely dismissive, rude and made it clear that they are far too busy to actually respond to enquiries. Can't see it being a good option for tenants, owners, buyers per sellers. Seems that they trading on reputation of a company with a very similar name. Personally, I would avoid as they have been rude, frustrating and appear to advertise multiple properties that they don't have. Total waste of time and incredibly unprofessional.

After having very difficult & rule breaking tenants for 9 months we were not surprised when they 'jumped ship, without paying rent until the end of the tenancy. We were not allowed into the flat until the end of the tenancy when the check out Inventory was done. Then, surprise surprise the robbing tenants asked for their deposit back! Emily of Sansome & George was very helpful in advising me of the correct process to follow & helped me to secure payment of the deposit which went part way to reimbursing us for the funds lost. Thanks Emily for the excellent support & advice.

Kingsclere office, firstly they called to change who was coming round to value the property and also changed the time of the appointment.
When the man came, he was here less than 10 minutes, he seemed disinterested and did not give me a valuation. He told me he would go back to the office and look at other properties in the area to get an idea and ring me back, over 24 hours later no call.
Appaling service, glad I found out what they are like as I was going to put my house on market with them.
