We sold our home through Brockenhurst in Overton. The stand-out support for us was from Aidan Le Croix. Throughout our home-selling process Aidan was incredibly communicative. He promptly answered calls and emails and even set up a group chat to keep us informed about every development. His calm approach was particularly helpful towards the end of the process with numerous challenges in the chain and went above and beyond to keep the process moving. I appointed Brockenhurst to sell my home and they found a buyer quickly and we finalised the whole process today!
Clare and Matthew originally kicked off the process in Andover and they were upfront and clear. They and their wider team managed the marketing and buyers and gave you the feeling they knew what they were doing and really cared for you and your home.
Following the offer being accepted Jo took over in Overton while the country was now being imapcted by COVID19 and got us past the final hurdle.
Thanks to all the team at Brockenhurst and highly reccomend them to anyone out there that is looking to market their home.

We purchased via Brockenhurt and I can’t think of anything they could do better. They worked hard accommodating our viewing and gave us the space we required. The offer was dealt with professionally and efficiently. Very helpful working through to completion, able to get the updates from the solicitors when I simply could not. Because they work into the early evening buying a house with busy working lives was a big positive. They work well as a team and the regardless who you contacted the experience was professional and positive.
