SELLER / BUYER BEWARE. I have recently had to take action against this company which involved an investigation from "THE PROPERTY OMBUDSMAN". The case has now been concluded and found in my favour. I only found out about a Potential Purchaser of a property that I had for sale after the client informed me Scotts hadn't responded to a email that offered a negotiating price for the property. Scotts failed to follow their obligations under the TPO Code of Practice. I have found the service from Scotts to be very POOR, how you can miss an email from someone looking to open negotiations on a property they are selling on your behalf is "SLACK" to say the least. Would I use them again? Absolutely not !, I have been offered compensation by the Ombudsman because of what has happened. My advice would be to Avoid this company. !!!!!!!!!... Read more
