The team were energetic, positive, approachable and sympathetic through the process despite there being delays with the conveyancing process and lending requirements. They understood that myself and my team were working hard and fast as possible and took a very good approach with their follow ups and progression. I Highly recommend Northwood estate and letting agents in Beverley.. I phoned the branch and asked of a possible property viewing for rent only to be told it was no longer available . I then explained my criteria and wants and dislikes of a property to rent. Jessica imidiately had a property in mind and arranged a viewing. Said property was spot on and exactly what I wanted to rent . The whole experience of crossing the T’s and dotting the I’s was made smooth and easy by Jessica grimes and team . I recently had my first property experience with Northwood and have nothing but great things to say. Jessica Taylor & Hannah Pinder both looked after me throughout and made me feel that I was always in good hands. The service was outstanding, very responsive and nothing was ever too much to ask. Definitely recommend using Northwood, Beverley Branch, for anyone buying, selling or renting. The girls are fabulous and the best agents in the East Yorkshire area.

I have 2 rental properties let by Northwood and since using an Agent I am now making a profit!
Although I have to pay Northwood they get more rent than I used to, which means they cost me very little and do all the hard work for me.
If you rent them yourself tenants have no respect and expect everything done for them, paying rent was always last on their list!
Using Northwood as my Agent I get the rent in full as regular as clockwork.
If we can't do repairs Northwood always have people available to sort out problems, then they knock the cost off the next rent payment.
They get new tenants in so quickly I hardly have time to do repairs and maintenance in between lets.
In all the years I have been with them the tenants have been good quality and well behaved.
I definitely recommend Northwood.
I will never let properties myself ever again.

The worst letting company I have ever used. They make it incredibly difficult to process applications and try to fleece you for every penny you have. They were extremely unhelpful with any issues we had with the property despite being very pedantic during the applications and after we had left the property.

I use Northwood as my letting agents. Over the past year and a half, I have had to chase them on more than one occasion to get my rent from them, in their eyes this is fully acceptable (they give themselves a maximum of 14 days to get your rent to you before you can charge them any interest!!!!). The workmen they use for repairs must use gold plated tools as it costs a fortune!! One job I was quoted £60 for them to just go and look at the issue, I arranged my own workman to do the job and it cost me £15 in total!!! Think long and hard about using Northwood, I wish I hadn’t, but I’m stuck in a contract with them until August!!

I have just sold my property in Beverley through Northwood and they have been excellent throughout the entire process.
We had Jemma do our initial valuation and dealt with the early stages of the sale process, she was very friendly and professional and had a genuine empathy for our property. The photos she took really showed our property at it's best and the advert was very well marketed.
Jemma kept me up to date with news on each viewing or enquiry and provided feedback afterwards.
We managed to receive an offer which we accepted within just 48 hours of the property going to market.
After accepting the offer we then dealt with Hannah who was also absolutely brilliant, she liaised between the buyer, her solicitor, my solicitor and myself and I believe she was really the catalyst that kept the whole process moving; chased when she needed to and kept me informed. I have also had some dealings with other members of the Northwood team and they all seem great, very professional and never failed to contact me when they said they would.
I was very concerned about the stress involved with selling up and moving house, but I feel Northwood made the whole thing seem easy, highly recommended.

Very unprofessional company.
After calling to arrange original viewings for 2 properties and arranging time off work to view, we were told on the day of viewings that they didn't have us in for any . We were made to feel like liars on the phone.
Afer finally arranging a viewing ( they remembered to write this one in their book) we found a property that was ok. Not exactly like the pictures which they never are much more in need TLC. We asked the estate agent to put forward a few questions to the landlady and stated that we wanted to put a holding deposit on the property. To this we were told there was no need just yet as there we no other applications and we could put it down once they had contacted the landlady. We have now been told the property has gone to another applicant. after calling twice to discuss with them we were told we would receive a call back, this never came. We finally got hold of the estate agents only to be told it was our fault.
Unfriendly, unprofessional patronising and a complete shambles company that do not know what they are doing.
