Worst experience ever after moving to the UK. We have to keep chasing them for referencing process and They cancelled the contract before signed it, saying the landlord wanted to sell the property just 5 days before the agreed move in date, making us (working professionals) homeless and didn't even offer help to find another property.

Waist of time!We went through the entire process of letting the house, viewed the house, filled the forms,after 3 days he deleted the listing , told us that the house was not for rent. SCAM!!!!

We went through the entire process of letting the house, filled the forms, viewed the house and agreed to pay the full rent originally requested. After 2 weeks we were then told that the house was not for rent. I couldn't work out why they wouldn't tell us this at the beginning?! Playing around and wasting people's time deliberately. I'd advise others to keep away. Not at all professional.

So I arranged to see a flat on their time and date. All looked good was close to my work, in my price I was happy. I received an email the day before saying the flat had been taken. I am just like you aren't going to give all your applications a change to see the property after YOU set the time and date for the viewing.
Then she had the cheek to offer me a flat that's an extra 150 pound more
The rating tells you everything. I would stay away from this estate agent.

I have recently let a property through Shepherd & White. Great service from start to finish. Nice to deal with a family run business which gives continuity as you always know who you're talking to. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible experience. Requested to make an appointment to view the house but was told there is no access to the property yet. Rang two days later only to be told there is already an application in!! How is that possible without any officials viewings? Dishonest company. Avoid if possible...

Wanted to arrange a house viewing. No response to email and they don't appear to answer the phone (just stuck on hold for 10 minutes). Either they are very busy or there's no one there!
