I have to say a MASSIVE thank you to Brittons, especially to Katie and Mel who arranged viewings, Damian who negotiated my sale but most of all to Ashley who made it all happen! Ashley went out of his way for me, he contacted solicitors and other estate agents above and below me in the chain, dealt with my buyers and stayed in touch well after office hours when things became very challenging..... How I sympathise with Stacy Scoles, I too am a home owner living between 2 properties which are rented out by Brittons. I can only describe their management of these properties as supervised neglect. I've had occasion to write to them 3 times during the past few years regarding various problems to which I've had no reply. In my last letter to them I suggested that as the adjoining house to me (their rental) was empty it might be a good time to have the gutters cleaned as the overflow was making my house damp. They didn't even know the tenant had left. On another occasion a workman instructed by Brittons carried out work on the wrong house, the original request for maintenance was never completed. I feel I no longer want to live in such a situation so reluctantly have to leave my much cherished house and move on.... Read more

Unprofessional and awful estate agents. First of all when we moved in the house was meant to be READY. Waited nearly a month to get the hot water working! Broken gate, horrible carpets that Paul said was going to be replaced before we moved in to then be told this wasn’t going to happen, moved in under false pretences. Damp ceiling never got sorted out which we had been mentioning for months prior to moving out. So much more but what is the point discussing it, as it clearly doesn’t matter the standards required for a new tenant. Would definitely recommend avoiding Sheridans at all costs. DO NOT RENT...
