We have been buying and selling houses as occupiers and landlords for more than 40 years; we have a rather jaundiced view of most estate agents and particularly those who gild the lily, massage the truth or blur the lines!
So how refreshing to meet Ben from Brown & Co who, although working for the developer/seller of a new build property, impressed with his straightforward, professional and businesslike approach.
Ben kept us up to date, chivvied solicitors etc and liaised with the developer to make this a genuinely smooth and almost stress free experience.
We have no hesitation in recommending this company.
