These people are very unprofessional to deal with don't update you as to what is going on don't answer emails, avoid at all cost, the developer who was selling the house was pushy and every other word was a f word and the whole experience both with the estate agent and developer made us feel very uncomfortable.... Dishonest and delay sale to get the best deal for themselvs not for the land's owner. The farm's owner should put the overage clause on all of the lots you are saling. Brown&Co. and Cheffins have for sale 1.4 million for 127.98 acres of farm land and many buildings, Hill Farm in Wentworth Cambridgeshire, with good road and great potentials. When contacted them, both refuse to take new offer says they already get strong offer for all lots. Funny enough now 3 months gone but the farm is still for sale. Again when contacted, they are not excepting new offer even I am more than happy to pay more. These lots are good for the developers with no overage clause and the price tags of around 10k per acre this should take no time to be sold.... Read more

Extremely disappointing. Brown and Co are 1 of 4 estate agents I am receiving information from in KL and when I booked an appointment to view we talked about an email confirmation and I was told to check my spam box. I forgot partly due to other agents confirmation emails getting through without problems. Their reminder message arrived 40 minutes before the appointment time leaving insufficient time for me to get there. All other agents messaging reminders several hours before the appointment time. In a subsequent telephone call I offered my apologies, neither of the Brown staff apologised for what I consider to be the failure of their system. When I finally checked to see if their email reminder had arrived it was in my spam box with a highlighted Google message saying: BEWARE THIS EMAIL .. CLICKING LINKS DOWNLOADING ATTACHMENTS .. ?...
